The question why you did post this should have come up before the post. Better think twice next time.

All we can hope for then is that the patch will be released before the apocalypse in 2012

They went home with a plane.

No - joking. Pretty much Martin said that's it for them. No further "support" or opportunities. He said there will be the testing opportunity for them to develop the Next-Years Version of FVA, also including maybe further real-life tests or so. Overall they should stay in contact.

The plan was to release them on the skippy. IDK if this is will be done (but not in the notes) or postponed.

It seems to be I never said i like their cars either. It's mainly just a today-problem in car industry.

Well it does matter to me as you can't differ anymore if its a Polo, Golf or anything else, you really have to take a second look.

Quote from S14 DRIFT :Firstly the original VW Beetle was designed by Hitler so by liking that car you're in effect, liking the Nazi's which means that by following this trail of logic you support the murder and mistreatment of millions of jews and gays.

Well, I'm sorry that I've got to break your victory campaign but you should know that the car was developed by Ferdinand Porsche and the motorcycle company Zündapp about 2 years before Hitler came up with the idea to give them the task to develop a cheap reliable car for the broad people which has been a great idea, so they used most of their plans from the Beetle and transfered it to realize Hitlers plans. (You might neither know that without Hitler you would be driving on gravel roads). I'm just saying that by liking that car i do nothing more than liking one of the greatest pieces of world engineering.

VW may be making good cars, but definately not good looking - biggest problem: they all look the same completely. I mean nothing is bad about creating a company design code or a certain equality within all of the cars, but literally they all look the same.

In contrary: Here is a picture of a proper beetle.

i bet that someone is going to post a picture of the beetle bug

The rear end looks like a baby Porsche Panamera. Or in other words: It's unbearable ugly.

Quote from Scawen :I did open that at Fern Bay, though you do take off going through there... I guess that is a good suggestion for BL chicane as well. I could make them vanish, config makers can just add some barriers if they don't want people going straight through.

There is a mini map in fact - see the attachment.

Keep up the movement.

Quote from scipy :Please, any chance to get that "never" change tires option? I've cried many a stint when I'd have a crash in testing and just wanna fix the car and then it'd change tires when they were in their "prime".

Pretty please.

Supporting factor might be, that it should be rather easy to code, just to leave out the change option at all. That really kills some endurance stints, when you are close to the end and you wouldnt need a change and then it kills you :|
