Can you imagine the amount of people(NPC´s) injured during pit-stopping by noobs?

I agree with this as a viable option... could be fun, running trough pit lines in full speed and kill as many people as possible.

Jeffr: I think Scawen IS actualy able to make it but he is probably in the "burned out" stage which is known for low human performance. I know it very well (im a hobbyist game developer myself) and it is even worse when you see dozens of people complaining every day.

Everything is possible when you have enough time.

Well, there is a console command that allows you to set race to some count of hours instead of laps. I think it´s "hours" + number of hours to race.

But button for this function would be great.

Very many people theese days use dynamic IP´s. I don´t want to get banned becouse someone whou could once have same IP as me. It will be very problematic untill there will be IPV 6 so everyone could have static IP

Hmmm, i wonder if i could still play online with older versions of LFS (if more players have the same older version of course)

I use Linux Ubuntu 8.04.3(Hardy Heron) and Windows XP pro and I have no problems, it runs well on both of them. Even the shadows display wright on Linux with new version of wine

New damage system would be great. This damage system, from what Ive heard has been invented to stop people from fumping of corners to get better time.
Damage system has changed from then for sure, but there is need for adding more things that could go wrong (blown tyre that sometimes makes you to loose controll, oil marks from the damaged cars, etc etc)

The culling system of LFS would have to be changed in order to create a cruise city.

I think that I ve heard mr. Scawen saying that there will not be any criuse city but maybe, when LFS will be finished(expect 2017), ScaViEr team may introduce something new.

Did you updated your graphics card drivers? It stopped when I updated my drivers to nVidia 8600GT

Game has freezed when i changed from windowed to fulscreen mode. Note that a part of the window was out of my monitor´s visible space before fulscreened.
A part of my web browser was visible in background, part of the screen was black and the game was frozen.
Everything went back to normal when I put the game back in windowed mode

Dust texture is not rendered behind the Alpha maps of the font/text.

I think that it is possible to fix it the same way as this one was

I thought that it would be wonderfull to be able to drive on very old cars in the future. For example, the good old Ford T or other old cars.

P.S. We already can choose a horn from 1930´s so why not have a car from that time?

Current culling system should be replaced someday. There could be used Viev frustrum culling or more advanced DVB T culling. But i´m not culling expert.

Kristi: I agree with you, XFG is the best car in LFS demo(at least for me) and should not be replaced becouse of it´s great handling. It is also the best car for lfs begginers(except UF in S1 i think)

They probably didn´t wanted you there. Same thing happende to me at dovrchu.cz #2 a week ago.

It happened twice in random time but it didn´t happended since I downloaded the latest Win XP graphic card drivers.
And no nothing like this never happened to me in any other game. But i think that i just needed the new drivers . Anyway, if something strange happens with graphics of the game again, I will report it.
