Something similar happened to me too. I just wasn't getting overtaken, but overtaking ambulance was coming towards me and I had to swerve to avoid it hitting me.
Yeah skins only modify the "paintjob". There is already some car mods out there. I'm not sure if they're illegal, but at least in this forum a discussion and especially releasing them is.
Had some really nice racing there today at Kyoto National, I like that track. But as always got too nervous and had to stop when I kinda lost my driving skills.
Sometimes I feel like I'm too hot headed for LFS.
Kinda weird but partially because CTRA closed I now got over the XRG/XFG combo and moved to the TBO class.
I think the only usage for alpha channel in skins should be the amount of shine.
ie. no alpha = matte color, but if alpha = shiny color. But of course there should be some restrictions for how high the reflection is, so the servers couldn't get filled up with chrome painted cars.
Snow on racetrack would be rather stupid, races aren't driven in snow. I'm not saying it wouldn't be fun, but I get already at least enough driving in snow IRL.
Snowy rallystages would be a different thing then, tho we would need proper spike tires then too. Still proper gravel rally owns snow rallying I think.
Nothing personal to anyone, but sometimes I feel like the moderators are moderating the wrong things. Of course if someone would post a huge ass picture of two lesbians playing with strap on, it should get deleted, but sometimes even quite innocent stuff gets deleted.
BTW the way how we view animals is very natural. Do you know why kittens and dogs make people go "awww"? It's because they have tiny body and big head and etc. They resemble human baby and thus wake up our natural wan't to protect that cute thing. It's coded in our genes.
But ie. cows aren't like that, we just think that they taste good (and they do).
Adult pigs also, they taste good (my personal favorite I think) and they're moderately ugly and don't usually wake up our need to protect. On another hand baby pigs do.
