Well.... personaly I think they want to complete everything to finnaly move LFS to beta stage. Scirocco will be realesed with full package . Btw. I bet Christmas . Btw2. Scawen wouldn't like to miss such a chance to upgrade physics , couse maybe he has got some kind of test drives

Those cars are 10-15 years old .. so the interiors match them perfectly

Hi guys . Are differencials simulated in GT5? Check the Mustang and it's open diff on grass (one wheel on asphalt, one on grass... or if possible, one wheel in the air ;P).

Got a liltle question. Ford Mustang has rear open diff, could somebody check in GT5 if it is correctly simulated(or if any differencials are simulated)? It might be rather simple to do, one wheel on the grass other on the asphalt, and post a movie on You Tube.

Hi guys, there was a discussion below my thread, but i though a poll would be more practical(no flame please ). Some of You have G25 or other 720* wheels. Do You use "real life" vaules? Or are You more into speed than realism? I'm simply curious how many of You are more into "real" than into "speed". Thx for answers and stuff .

Personally I use real "life" vaules for stering lock in G25. Difficult but a lot more fun(and realism ).

Agree, trucks, muscle cars, dragsters, nascar cars, motorbikes... LFS has great and very flexible physics and we should use it. Btw. Driving a perfect car would be boring ;p, driving a truck on the other hand .

Edit. Possibility to lock for example 4th gear to check acceleration from 80-120km/h would be nice .

First of all we cannot ban drifting. The only way to do it is to rework physics, and then it wont be a sim anymore :P. Devs created insim, and thx to that we have cruise servers.

Personaly I have nothing against cruising and drifting, i do this myself sometimes for fun, and I believe that LFS should never focus. Seriously, if You like racing, You can race, drift You can drift, cruise You can cruise. Thx to so many possibilities(i'm just waiting for motorcycles in here ;P... would be interesting, races with them and with cars, for the first time in games ever propably :razz more people might join. And having more people is not a bad thing. We should have multiclass racing simulator totally. Thanks to those amazing physics it's propably not difficult. And dont say that You hate cruise servers because they are taking people away from racing, some/most those people dont like to race, so they wont race even when cruise servers will be offline.

Well.. that's my opinion .

Btw. About realistic damage, totaly after! But it wont refocus LFS :P. Realistic damage doesn't stop drifting and cruising in real life... doesn't it?

Finally i went to work(been lazy a lot, until my father took away the most powerfull(although 4 years old!) computer) and all my dreams are focused on buying new comp. I've been playing with all kinds of configurators on the internet and that's what i've created. Years ago i've been interested in computers a lot, but now I am mostly focused on cars , so I dont have much information on todays technology . I would be grateful for any kind of help.

Is there anything better for similar prize? And what about monitors, they have similar prizes, but LG 24" is fullHD, what's the catch? I mean I still have to earn half the prize but at least I want to be ready ^^.

Is the wheel turning more than 720*? O.O So devs updated the wheel animation(hands truly ) propably also ;3... or they will at least ^^.

Wth are You talking about? O.o All cars are staying in the game so XFG is not going out, simply beacuse Scirocco is class of it's own . About 150bhp/ton.

Some of You are saying that LFS is getting boring and You want locked setups(in few months some[or most] of You might get annoyed that You simply cant play with this car's setup)? About Scirocco, well I want deafult setup as real as possible and no restrain in setup options, and of course an option on server site about locked setups(for all cars, not just for VW), that would be fair and good.

So no for locked setup for Scirocco.
