Yep I have it connected at the moment with a DVI to HDMI converter but cannot figure out how to get sound using this set as I up only get picture.
to get the sound I have a 3.5mm jack plug from the rear socket on the PC to A Portable 3.5mm socket on the surround sound system which is set on a matrix mode giving out a 5.1 set up.
I am sure there is a better way though as my graphics card ATI 3650 has onboard sound - I just cannot figure how to get the audio to the TV

Don't really follow as your statement says TV to TV ?
Hmm my DVI audio connector on the back of my TV is in the shape of a VGA Connector, mabe i'll try a DVI to VGA Converter - this is confusing mind as I thought VGA cables could not pass audio signals
Hi mate can you explain whats needed for audio from graphics card as i've just tried this, i'm running an ATI 3650 (which has built in audio) to an LG 46" screen.
Am I right in thinking only one of the two ATI DVI outputs gives out audio

I think the only decent bike games released recently have been the MotoGP series and there well a little bit arcady, if you have a playstation try Tourist Trophy by Polyphony Digital as it's probably the best bike sim out there.
To be honest I do not think the Devs paid for the track to be laser scanned the info was probably handed over to them by Rockingham Management - Remember Rockingham is a new purpose built track, so I believe this is a one off deal which we will have to be grateful for 
The track record shows that most new content is the result of individual deals over time if you look at all the all the real life cars and now Rockingham, I can't recollect the Dev's having to pay anything for these although I may be wrong, what I have realised over time is LFS is more of a hobby for the Devs and Money is not a factor in the equation, I'm just enjoying the ride
If the Dev's do make some money at the end of the day good on them they deserve a hell of a lot more

LFS Does not have new cars so they are waiting on the scirrocco's replacement to be released in real life so they can include it into LFS
