turns 2 and 3 at aston national in the XRR or BF1.

i remember studying your WR lap at AS nat. pretty awesome driving like.

ive raced the BF1 at AS nat and i was rubbish to start with. just follow this procedure, hit the brakes full on as you pass the shadow that crosses the road, keep full on until you start to hear the wheels skid, at that time start to lift off the brakes completely, this should give you enough speed to COAST into the apex and about half way to the exit point at which time you ease on the throttle.

downshift from 7th to 2nd whilst the car is straight. if you downshift during the corner you will lock the rear wheels and spin off.

good luck with the online racing! remember, practice is everything. id say get within 20% of the WR time before attempting to race online.

ive had two cheapo ones, they didnt last more than a few months. just bad build quality and software imo.

AI drivers are rubbish.

sounds good in theory, but logitech have much more experience and so im sure will design a better wheel. i quite like my MOMO just the quality is very low. doesnt feel connected most of the time and the wheel seems to 'turn though' the resistance, thereby moving the centre point.

i prefer to believe they are cheating :P, its good for my ego

people chatting whilst racing is crazy. i can just about type "sz" when i accidently bumped into someone. even then it usually sends me onto the grass lol

minimising LFS is insane. im sure these people must have little helpers doing it for them lol

yup. what annoys me is that in the XRR i cannot cut the last chicane at Aston National to save my life. ive tried reducing the anti roll bar and springs. the car just spins around in mid air like a pebble skimming on water whereas other people seem to just glide over them. i can get a 1:43:19 but no further due to this corner.

would anybody agree that there are certain aspects of real world racing that we just dont like? this being one of them. all it does it take the advantage the pole sitter has earned!

i have this problem also. but im not sure if its just where i place my keyboard whilst hooking up the wheel. even though its the same distance the ESC just wont work properly, takes about 4 or 5 hits.
