Great tool. When selecting a replay file I get this error.

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Um you don't need to copy anything. Just select the other nickname under Players. If you want to do stuff the hard way before this suggestion gets into lfs fine.

Quick workaround - Use different profiles, then you can store your custom views seperately.

Quote from Dajmin :As was said in another pit-stop related thread, the text on your screen doesn't actually describe what's happening at that moment. It's just a list of the things being done.

Other than damage repair, I don't think there's anything wrong with the pit-stop times now.

You've gota be kidding me? It takes about 15 seconds to refuel and change the tyres on the BF1 when it should take about 8 seconds all up. Going the other way pitstops for the road cars are too short. Changign all tyres and refuelling the XFG takes 35 seconds. That should be 35 seconds per wheel and about a minute to refuel. I wish it took 20 seconds to tank up at the bowser.

Try using a idfferent port because the one you're using is being throttled back. Try the 27000 range a go.

High speed tracks rock, that's why ky gp is great with it's high speed flowing sections. More of that, yes please. But we have to please everyone so there's always going to be a few slow corners.

Looking at your previous post the red ball still doesn't look right in the brazil test, DSR certainly looks better in that regard. Is the chrome ball using the invisble ground plane method? It certainly looks a lot better.

I've tried the environment mapping and HDRI approach and it only affects the top half of the render above the horizon, the sides and bottom still look transparent on reflections so that's a no go unless I'm doing soemthing wrong, but how many envirtonment slots can there be under the material? I'm not using anything in the default 3dsmax environment setting.

What version of lfs are you using it with? Looks like you might be using patch W9 or 10 with new insim packets.

So basically theres no easy fix without going and making a new scene with more image planes. Guess this is just a quick and dirty way of making a render with a background that looks ok until closer inspection.

samyip can you explain how to sort that out? No matter what I do the issue remains. It's not that visible in my renders to worry about it, but how do you fix it?

Quote from Blackout :If you put the wheel turn compensation to the full value the virtual wheel matches the real one 1:1 definitely.

But I change the setting in profiler because I want the "soft spot"

Although, most of the time it's useless because you hardly go to full lock in any car.

Now I see, the wheel turn compensation set to 1 makes the virtual wheel lock quicker, quite nice feaure But yes the soft stops are great, not used too much only on some tracks.

Quote from mcintyrej :101% On profiler
Around 150% - 200% in LFS.
720 degrees (sometimes 900)

Seems alot of people use quite little force for the G25. I like strong force, give me more control.

I use 0 Wheel turn Compensation, is that something I should be using?

If you want the correct wheel turn for cars that use less than 720 degrees then yes wheel turn compensation should be at 1.
That's just been explained to me

Quote from Ball Bearing Turbo :Why do you have to change any settings?

If you just leave it set at 720, it will have a 1:1 wheel:virtual wheel ratio in every car; just without the soft "stop" at the correct location - which doesn't work half the time anyway! I find it awfully convenient that LFS works this way.

Anyway, 105% ctrl panel, 95% LFS. (G25)

The GTRs have 540 rotation and the open whelers around 400, so 720 isn't 1:1 on those cars.
