Since we have less than 39 entries, the Reserve Shootout is not necessary. It will still run as scheduled, but will not be anything other than an officially scored free practice.
This should make the "real" part of the event fit within a two hour window.

New Dimension Racing are pleased to announce a revival event for one of our most popular properties, the iCON Touring Car Championship (iTCC)!
Created by the iCON Racing Team in late 2008, with a debut season in winter 2009, the restricted-FXR championship strove to emulate the racing of the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) and World Touring Car Championship (WTCC). Known through the racing world as competitive and exciting racing, both series remain immensely popular. iTCC selected the FXR and gave it 32% intake restriction, and a test race was held in December 2008, which proved the concept with fantastic racing, and set the series in motion.
We have decided that a revival event for the iTCC would be a great end cap for 2016. We will run the event on Sunday, December 11th, with a reserve shootout (if necessary) starting at 17:00 UTC, and qualifying starting at 18:00 UTC. The event will take place at Westhill National, with the three races being 14 laps each ( with up to two laps added in the event of a safety car deployment. Sign ups, rules, etc will be forthcoming in separate threads.
Thanks for confirming, I suck at driving so couldn't really test if it was going to record or not. I did rotate to other open configs to make sure it would record, then back to KY3Y_K31 but kept running of out talent so never got a "clean" lap to test
NOTE: Thilo was not involved in this Steward's Decision as Car 31's driver HoR Mensa is his teammate. He recused himself from the discussion.
Car 24 Infringements:
Causing an avoidable incident on Lap 85 (MPR 1:46:00) with Car 31 during lapping.
Slowed down exiting the penultimate corner to a near-stop on Lap 88 (MPR 1:49:45) to wait for Car 31 to repass, then entering the pit straight turned hard left into the side of Car 31, deliberately wrecking Car 31. The PM recieved after the incident further indicates the reckless abandon intent in the move.
Penalty for Causing an Avoidable Incident, Unsporting Behaviour, Violation of Spirit of the Event, and Incorrect Blue Flag Behaviour:
Car 24 is excluded from the Race Result
EPR Marcelo (bacabinha) is banned from OEC competition until 1 May 2017
Energy Pro Racing will be deducted an additional 2.5 points
By the way, finally figured out why my comparison of scheduled car vs what was driven on server wasn't working - bonus CRLF in the input string! Finally stripped them, so if you look now at the qtracker, you should see the car your team declared.
I may need to audit the car input that the qtracker looks at, but all the actual laptimes match the user's entry in the !top list, but there's a mismatch of the car types. I don't yet check and eliminate cars that are run but aren't the officially declared ones, so that may be the case that they're trying the other classes and it's showing the car based on the username, NOT what airio records.
