I meant more when a team only has one car in a weekend (or race) instead of two as a driver can't compete

I was thinking about this yesterday while at work and wanted to know the answers to..

A. What is the rule about a team only entering one driver in a race?

B. When did a team last enter only one driver in a race (due to illness etc)?

C. Would such a scenario happen under 2010 rules?

Yet Jason/Paws, MOST servers equate blue flag = dive off the track NOW!!! and thus people complain when cars don't leap into the armco
