i had this issue when i got my DFP, you may have to invert the axis in the LFS controls menu. Fixed it for me.

Becky told me, although STCC is popular, theres the chance the full grid doesnt show up.

So, by having 24 racers, if 4 or more doesnt turn up, then theres the additional 4 to join and complete the grid and so on.

24 That got approved, 4 others never replied, so there "duds".

Same Princibles as Racer Mr. Hummer

Racer is much more simple that LFS, yet simple hacks in racer make it appear and look the way you want it.

in racer, all you had to do, was copy the complete track, and raise it about 1cm or so, make a transparent texture, and set the alpha in the shaders, and walla, wet track

This could be done now, with the right program.

Just give the road texture and alpha layer, have the program activate that layer, and appear reflective.

or apply live mapping to the road.

^its not illegal for personal use, only gets illegal when you start passing it around.

usually by the "exit" button on the main menu when using full screen.

but i just had a test, and if i alt+f4 out of full screen and click the x button, all works good

LFS crashs almost everytime for me when i exit from full screen. and usually results in me having to restart my whole pc.

Never had this issue with my old PC, its just my new one

I Hit calibration, then calibration lock.

Ever since i re-installed Patch V ive had issues with my DFP.

the wheel plugs in fine etc, LFS Recognises it.

but, when it goes to calibrate it in LFS, all goes wrong.

i click "Re-Calibrate", and the wheel is now center, but when i click Calibration Lock, the wheel (Ingame Doesnt move, nor does the BRake/ Gas pedals work.

I go into the axis selection bar things, and non of the movements effect the bars.

its only when i turn off the Cal-Lock, i have to re-assigned my axis (gas brake etc). then its just the same story over.

Im looking for Patch U to test this on, if anyone has a full install?

Yes, the site does say on the server, But, I couldnt get the Layout (Which made it tighter, and punished the car for mistakes), so i asked the site editor to change it...and he never got round to it...

Yes, a HLVC lap is needed, as i was told the layout i was going to use, would outline the skipping corners into an invalid lap.

Xfire is 100% compatible with LFS atm

Some of the rules are a little "funky", ive havnt had chane to re-rewrite them.
