i think it would be pretty neat, if a demo user could join a server with, say bf1 enabled, but cant use it him self only the demo cars.. yes i have seen what you have been saying earlier in this thread, but i think it would be nice :P

If you have been driving a Volvo 8-series (the 850 atleast) then you know how it feels to drive a car with a syncroniced reverse.. I think thats the only Volvo car with a sync ring on the reverse-gear atleast :P it doesn't sound any strange when trying to get reverse in at speeds.. never tried over 50km/h though.

just because you have your monitor @ lets say 75Hz in windows, doesnt mean a game cant say 150fps, if you have V-sync then it will drop to what you set in windows. but your monitor can use much more then lfs can send anyhow i mean, your screen aint the bottleneck when it comes to FPS if you dont use v-sync..

i have my screen at 1280x1024@60Hz in Windows, w/o v-sync, and in LFS i have almost 170 fps constant...

i dont really care what cars they put in, aslong as they are well built. i mean no bugs etc. plus i would love the option to regulate the boostpressure. think about it: an xrt, lower the displacement, and crank up the boost to 4-5 bar with BIG turbolag ofc. as many people like me, love to really rev the engine and then just feel the turbo kicking in.. thats all for now..

i am at 100fps SOLID, when driving alone... with 30+ cars then i jump from 30 - 50 fps.. i dont whine

I am one of those who wants to render scenes on their own, but i dont have a clue what software i should use.. my rig is as follows: dell optiplex 620, p4 3ghz, 2gb ddr2 666mhz, and dual 7800gtx..

what software can you recommend for me?

would love to be able to render my skins, as i have worked on them for about 2 months...
