Yes i uploaded the data to the new server from the backup machine, The webserver is only backed up once a week as it is not for mission critical hosting.

Full DNS Propigation can take upto 48 hours, Depending on your ISP.
There are a few tricks you can try, such as renewing your IP address etc, But unless your ISP has updated its DNS records its just a waiting game (some do it every hour, some do it once a day, etc).

I find that on many occasions there are issues with reading DVD +R / DVD +RW discs, However DVD -R discs seem to work (always have done on drives that have failed to read DVD +R's properly).
So assuming that you are using +R's, try using DVD or CD -R's. If you are already using DVD -R's
Alternatively, this registry patch has also bought me alot of success when dealing with drives that simply do not recognise any disc being there.

Thats all being transferred over as we speak. Just got to wait for the DNS zones to change.

Just a quick note that i have had to take the .208 and the .204 machine down to re-arrange the rack for the other new machine, So some people will be unable to connect for a while.

The Core 2 Duo machines had only 3gb ram each and were dual core 1.86ghz machines,
The new Xeons are Quadcore 3.00 ghz machines.

I have been given the new build of the CP software and the control panel should now be working fine.
I am currently at the Datacenter looking at local issues with the UK servers, As soon as i get back home i will chase up whats happening with the USA Server.

You should still be able to edit server configs etc even whilst the master monitor is down.
Until the CP issues have been rectified its going to be difficult to impliment anything from your PM. I will check back with you once the CP issues are solved.
Quick update:
I cannot find an issue my side, They cannot see any issues on their side directly. However they are looking into a possible routing or DNS issue. They are going to do a new build of the CP Software that i can try out which instead of trying to route to a domain, Will route to a direct IP.

The last couple of times this happened it was becauase of an update, This time its nothing to do with an update.. I have contacted TCAdmin and am waiting on a fix.
