Ok that's all connecting and starting with your server ok now, You should also now be able to see the options to edit the Airio server, The config files you will be most interested in are Airio.cfg.txt and Airio.srv.txt There are alot of options so you may want to consult the Airio Manual / support thread for advanced configuration help.

Hi Gagemr, If you can PM me your username that you use to login to the control panel at 500control.co.uk i will get Airio installed with the standard setup for you.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to install it yourself you should:

1. Login at 500control.co.uk and go to "Game Servers"
2. Click on the server ip address (to the left of the stop / restart buttons)
3. Click on "Other Gaming Services"
4. On the dropdown list for "Gaming Service to Install:" select "Airio Tracker" for the free vesrion, or if you have a License for Airio choose "Airio Full"
5.In the 2 "Rcon Password" boxes, enter the administrators password that is set for your game server and then click "Install".
6. Wait 30 seconds and it should be installed and ready to run on your server, simply go back to the "Game Servers" page and click on "Start" next to the new service listed

yep. That's because the control panel is unable to make a connection to the server so it is unable to find out what the status is, and is unable to start it (as it cannot connect). But thanks for posting more information. it can never hurt!

I've been home just over 2 weeks now, But only got back online yesterday,

Michael is on holiday at the moment, I was supposed to be back online to pick up any slack sooner but things did not go to plan. I'm going to do my best to get round to any support requests outstanding today. If you have submitted something and i do not get back to you, chances are it's been marked as closed and therefore won't be checked, so if you are expecting a reply and do not receive one over the course of the next 3 - 4 hours. please resubmit your request.

Unfortunately there does not seem to be any working LFSBan Editors out there that i can find, so it is a case of either going into the server or using LFS Remote to do the command /unban username. or deleting the ban file.

What was it that you could not open? was it the Data folder or the bans file?

The bans file is accessable via your File manager or FTP.

It's located in DATA >>> Misc >>> Bans.ban

Replied in the other thread for you Dave, I have removed you from your bans list, it looks like quite a few people were banned, it's possible that your insim is banning people, might be worth checking some config settings.

Yep you were in your bans file as being banned, So somebody with the admin password must have banned you. Or perhaps Airio banned you for some reason.

Ok i have found what i believe the issue you were seeing was, was it the "status unknown" issue? for the .144 server. If so that is now fixed.

Can you be specific in what is not working?

Can you access 500control.co.uk (does a page load?)
If yes, can you login? (if not, what is the error?)
If you can login what can't you do?

Please give me as much information as possible when something is wrong so it can be fixed, otherwise i have to guess what you mean and when everything shows as working here it makes it impossible for me to help you.

I stopped the server to change it for you, then realised you have already done it .

Its back on again now.

I have now added it to your cfg.txt file so that the name shows as "Pilotes from Hell"

I am looking into the issue now,

To change the connection name "host" you have to STOP the server, edit the file cfg.txt via the file manager and find the option hostname and change it from host to whatever it is you want.

You don't need to do anything on your router / home computer, everything is hosted for you on our end, you do not even need the dedicated lfs program on your local PC. I think this is where there is confusion.

All you need is Live For Speed (The Game) and that's it, you should see your server in the online list and be able to join it, without anything extra running on your PC
