IIRC the only way to get things at a price that is cheap enough to charge the current prices and not lose money is by buying the products in advance at 500 garments minimum to get the pricing.

Is it just me or have train fares Litterally doubled this year. (last year i got a train from Cardiff to Abergavveny for £4.50 each way... This year its £10.60 each way!).

I'm going to cheat though and get the coach to Newport instead, from there the trains only £6.70 each way

Assuming i am able to walk from Newport bus station to Newport train station (according to google i can do it in 7 - 11 minutes) within the 14 minute time window (hoping the coach is on time or early!) then i should be at Abergavveny for 16:53 and will wait till your train comes in for the whole 7 odd minutes. If i do miss it then the next train would get me to Abergavveny at 17:23 so its only upto 25 minutes wait either way.

As stated. Once i am happy the other machine and network (that you are currently not on) Is working properly i will move your servers over to see if the routing is better for you there.

The tracert doesn't really show any issues connection wise (although there is a time out on hop 2 & 3. (The hop 2 time out is fairly normal with routers and the hop 3 time out was just the one attempt...).

Like i said in the ticket i will move your servers over to the other network core but that was experiencing issues last night so i am waiting to make sure its solved.

If 500servers have been treating you badly then i apologize for it.

Ticket replied to, merged this with main 500servers support thread.

The actual maintainence work has not yet been fully completed Although even so you should not be experiencing any worse connections.

If you can do a tracert (START >>> RUN >>> CMD >>>> and type "tracert 500servers.com" to one of our servers that might help to identify if there is a problem with routing to your region or if there is a specific issue on this end.

The 500servers control panel will be up / down yoyo style and there will also be a large gap where no servers will be accessable via the current control panel.

This will happen between 10PM BST Tonight (10th June) - 1AM BST Tomorrow (11th June).

After this CP Downtime all servers will be accessable through what will effectively be the new Control panel.

This took alot longer than expected, and had alot more issues inbetween than expected.

BUT we are now at the final stages.

I am now doing things slightly differently than planned, i am reinstalling the servers on a new setup of the CP and will simply switch over the Control panel details during the night (this way i can get things done during the day whilst support personel are about for various apps im using).

If it was empty about an hour ago that would be me, Currently finishing the 500servers maintainence on any servers that are currently empty. Expect things back in the next 2 - 3 hours,
