Guys, don't shoot him down for trying to help to keep down the "XOMFGWTFBBQ where do i get patch v and tweak???1!". He mentioned in his post that he is NOT the developer or publisher of tweak. What has this world come to? Someone provides links for 2 things people ask where to find ALL THE TIME and you guys flame him into oblivion?
Are you serious? From your LFSWorld stats, you haven't even touched the tip of the iceberg. There are way more than plenty car and track combos that exist. Just try something different, like the FOX, or TBO cars at South city.
Yes, but NASCAR enforces a minimum speed you have to run at or above to be allowed to stay in the race. If you can't keep your car above that set speed/laptime, they tell you to fix the car better or pack it up.
After my short break from HCGC, I have talked to the leader, Equilibrium, and we have decided to split HCGC into two seperately named teams. The race team, run by me, is named Racing With Friends, tagged >RWF<. The drifting team, run by Equilibruim and D.Liner (which is still currently demo, will go S2 if D.Liner moves one over or when Equilibrium buys S2) is named HardCore Drifters, with the tag >HCD<. Please notify me if either of these tags are currently being used.

I saw a similar thing on another forum that caught my eye, maybe you guys would like to see me live? I have a channel up that will show me playing LFS, Gmod, or just me. If its on :just me" mode, maybe you guys can get me to do some random stuff
Usually the marshalls located before the scene of an incident and at the incident show a yellow flag, the white flag signals "Last Lap" in most series.
It could be a great idea for large-field endurance races. Insead of taking up a server slot, you could spectate the race from outside until it comes your turn to drive.
Now did I use the word "stupid" or anything of the sort in my last post at all? Please take time to read it over again and tell me if I did.
Midrace joiner who dosen't get a blue flag? The only time a midrace joiner dosen't get a blue flag is when they are smart enough to find a big gap in the field to join into. I said midrace joiners don't have the right to actually race against the rest of the field and should move over and slow down safely when a car comes up.
Who are you talking about? Backmarkers or mid-race joiners? A backmarker that is going that slow compared to everyone else shouldn't be blocking the track, if he/she is making competieve laptimes, sure, he/she can race the leader.
All you did was entirely throw my post out of context. You are assuming that I have no idea what a blue flag is. Should I tell you again? A blue flag is a signal shown by a race marshall that the race leader is beginning to catch up to you, and should be wary. The backmarker still has the right to race the leader, but not if he/she is driving too far off the pace.
What the hell are you going on about? I and many others pay attention to blue flags. Of course there is that occasional mistake, and I get into a tangle with another driver, but I swiftly apologize. Please stop flaming and trolling this thread.
Harjun, to remove the risks of having to reformat again, I suggest getting Avast (free) or NOD32 (free trial then buy). I own NOD32 and it has been working great for me for ages. Some other programs you should get is AVG, CCleaner, and MRU-Blaster. But you did good on getting everything done!
If you are spinning a person on the lead lap about to go a lap down, you have no such right do spin someone like that. A car about to go a lap down has EVERY right to race as the leader does. It happens in real life, lead cars lose time becuase of cars about to be lapped, but they don't go wrecking them. If the person is a mid-race joiner, they should not be in the way at all. If you do blue flag spam even a mid-race joiner, it makes you look stupid, and you are giving away any right to pass any lap car.
Since it is an FIA sanctioned series, I seriously doubt ovals will be involved. And from the pictures I saw, they don't look like they have near as many safety features as a NASCAR stock car.
I don't think a Steam auto-downloading system would work with ANY racing sim, due to mostly large car and track files bigger than 20 mb. Who wants to spend 8 hours trying to join a server because you have to download a 150 mb mod? The auto-download system is more effiecent for things like CSS or Garry's Mod Lua and map files, as they are so much smaller, but they still take a bit to download from the server you are trying to join.
