Download the 009 version just now. Generated the black/white skin template, and it seems only vertically its fixed, but horizontal isn't

A bit late to let ye know that's true. But imo it wouldn't be that much of a tweak work as it would only need to copy-paste the right side and flip it accordingly. I made 2 skins (Police and a fire/res skin) but decided to keep them simple since the difference is so noticeable, I have to re-do the entire side to fit that side. Better late than never I suppose Nod

As for the Diff, I was thinking that allowing the other options could improve a bit the handling of it. It gets stuck quite easily sadly.

A few things I noticed
· Could the skin template be tweaked a bit? The Right and Left side cutouts of the rear part (where equipment is stored) aren't too equal which means I need to deal with stretching when mirroring a design from right to left or viceversa.
Right side is 1191x574 and Left is 1210x569
· Is it Open Diff for anything in particular?

Just did a quick test, and with it enabled I get the same error.
Tried 2 more times to see if it was a one-time error but I get the error still. Tried with another mod (2nd pic) but to no avail

If I disable it, it works as normal, but download is slower. In D18 it works as it should.

The concrete objects in the Layout Editor use the concrete7.dds texture file

Mind you that this affects ALL of them, included the colored ones.

I am a mouse user too but i don't need traction control to drive a car. Except for the BF1 or formulas similar to it.

For example, a possible test you could run:
- download a mod with test option disabled, see how long it takes (preferably using a stopwatch)
- delete the mod from your mods\vehicles folder
- download the same mod again with the option enabled

That would be useful information, to avoid the results being affected by other internet fluctuations.

Well damn. I have bad news

I replicated the test I did earlier today (with the same steps like you mentioned) just now and it made no difference at all. Weird since in that first test it did download faster (nothing else was using internet, both in my pc nor cellphones).
A false positive for now :/ . But I will do a test again tomorrow at the same hour and see if it changes, just to be sure.

A bit late, but decided to try D10 today. Cars and skins download faster with the HTTP buffer option enabled.

If you (or anyone) have 7zip you can also open the setup or patch exe with the right click menu, then go to $_OUTDIR folder and there you will find the files

It does work with bikes but it depends which. I did a quick test driving max speed and shifting into 1st gear: The RZM 250 and the RZT 370 can get eng damage, while the Chimera X1 and Vulcan 998 are harder to over-rev. I guess its how the eng is set up?

The tyre temp not showing when spectating I think its intentional and not a bug. Its been like that for a long time if not forever

We already had some suggestions on the other thread. If possible I would be very happy not to add options. Because (1) this is supposed to be a quick update, (2) every option added is another thing to maintain for ever more and (3) server side options are always more complicated and often cannot be added to compatible versions. So please do be very specific about your request and elaborate on the reason for it.

An option for users to click on. The reason mainly apart from aesthetics/gameplay-wise is that its not very useful outside those specific events (Football, Derby, etc etc) so it looks more of an option to use when in those events. At least thats how I see it

In the end you have the final call whether to do it or not so its understandable you wouldn't want to spend more time on it if possible/can be avoided

Nice car, fun to drift Thumbs up. But found a few issues

· Cross-texture triangle found in LOD1 - mapping corrected
· The car seems to be set to "choose driver side" but looking at the animation I assume it should be Right Handed only

· Animation stops if you use steering degrees higher than 40.0º (600º lock to lockº)

Love the car and how it handles Heart

Found a little gap on the middle and where the rear windows are

The rear windows seem to have some kind of "outline" beyond the chrome borders which I guess should be matte but they are see-through (like it is on the front's windshield)

Found a little "bug"

When using the Wheel on the Right side, the indicator lights on the dashboard are reversed/flipped (See attachment below)
