Perhaps it would make people want to buy the full edition of the game so they can carry on their "game", and then they will get bored of crusin' as we all do - then go onto racing.

After I updated to the newer release of the code, the problem was infact resolved.

I cannot say that I have ever read any such thread about it, remember, ive only been in the LFS zone for about a year.

The main reason why I started this thread was because I was linked to a cheat that is about. I added the contact user that uploaded the cheat, and he is a demo user.

So, if people had less time on the demo - they would not have the time to create the cheats, as such.

Yes a S2 user could program the cheat, but if they really did,and was caught - the S2 licence could be revoked.

A business plan yes, but I think is a bad one. I know for sure, that I have played a few time-based demo's, and have ended up buying it.

I think its about time that the dev's make the demo time limited.

An unlimited demo, is not the way forward.

Hense why people are just sticking to the demo.

you could always make a little program that you !mute username, and then if that username speaks, kick . Multiple offenses while muted = ban?

From my experiences the screensaver only comes on while playing LFS if you're using it in Windowed mode.

It is against the rules of the LTC servers that you advertise your cruise sever on there.

Especially seeing as you don't even have a decent profile on there, as you have sod all cars/licence/cash.

ah well, I've converted it to .gif.

I've also made it just check them every 10 minutes, and on the fly if its not already cached .
