Operation Flashpoint was pile of turd(concerning the amount of bugs) when I picked it up at the store, but you have to give it to Bohemian, they fixed bugs in OP for the next 1½ years (iirc and all that) after the release. Not something you'd expect from i.e. EA.
Per Dale: 7000 players in total 20$ per month=105 524.987 € Please tell me I calculated it wrong... Although, that 20$/month+moulah for each car/track is the reason I'm not playing it.....
RSC: was in terminal care, then sponsored news, now defunct
Blackhole: no news/months late
That one site I can't remember anymore: because it died within few months
I remember seeing a "Weapons of Mass Distraction" skit by Benny Hill... that did very much so distract me more than that. Sadly, I would've posted it but the internet doesn't have it :weeping:
I thought you meant that I didn't write the [URL=..] with uppercase... not the actual url. Which actually isn't that difficult to write in uppercase - just not with [noparse].
That button also helps if you can't remember - or can't be bothered to write the syntax - protip: if you had selected any text in this input message box prior to pressing the button, the button will make the URL link have the text you had selected.

Antennas and weather are a funny thing. When I was 10 years old or there abouts, my father installed a CB-radio for me - normally the range on those things is in the 10s of kms or 100s of kms. But when the weather was right I could hear transmissions from Italy etc that's 1000kms away, from southern Finland. I don't know what that is called in English, but in Finnish it's "skippikeli"
When I was in the army NCO school doing communications training when we put the normally two-way cable at particular point in the ground we could hear normal FM radio through the headphones.
