No i am not expecting that. I know that tyre physics have some inaccuracy now. Like wheelspin starts are the fastest or almost no grip regain makes you go sideways forever. I am expecting this to be fixed and as far as i know it already is
Road cars have tyres which doesn't have too much air in them. That is normal of course. So take your moms car (if it has tyres with high sidewall) and put it into a powerslide during cornering (moms drive fwds mostly so that can take some handbraking ). Have a friend watching you from a side and i bet he'll tell you "damn those tyres looked like almost going off the rim!"
believe me, i've tryed it
note that low profile slicks look like they are handling the pressure without too much stress
tyre alone would be neutral because the upper side of the tyre generates downforce and the lower side of it generates uplift which is equal to downforce
BUT
at the point in which tyre touches tarmac air particles have no way to go. They face an obstacle and since they have energy (which of course depends on the speed) they try to push it somewhere, in this case to lift it up a bit to make their way through.
we don't know the exact day on which this patch will be released, so it is hard to say how much material they actually have Still i just can't wait for the physics update and those little cute thingies added or fixed is making me even more happy
looking forward to it.. maybe i'll get an S2 license then
