I don't really play LFS that often due to the fact im pretty bored with it, lack of updates/content doesn't really help either :/

When a new patch is released I always download asap and I start playing it over again until I get back to the boredom stage.

Everyone flames rFactor for being "crap" but I play it pretty much everyday, due to the fact the amount of new mods coming out keeps me more than happy.

Then theres netKar Pro and iRacing which I rate ahead of rfactor and LFS.

You can probably tell why I don't play LFS much now.....

My old man keeps some jump leads, water/oil, first aid kit and basic tools in his boot. There's no need to carry anything else really.

Of course I would have this in my boot if I had a car.....

It sure sucks to have a licence and no car!

Vista X64 is the best OS out imho, if your having problems with it I would be 99% sure its probably a driver of some sort. Not exactly Microsofts fault some companies cba to make stable drivers for some older hardware.

I get about 5FPS more but now it stutters all the time and is pretty much unplayable.

I need to try the new ATI drivers but I don't hold much hope.

Looking on the GTA forums it seems I'm not the only one with trouble, another slap in the face for PC users¡

Only thing I hate so far is the fact that you still get car contact (X4) when someone spin's in front of you and you cannot avoid them or someone ram's you up the arse!

I dug out my old HPI MT2 today, haven't used it in about a year!

Stripped the engine down, put a new gasket on and cleaned it out.

Go to fire it up and my rotostart battery is dead lol always the way....

Will have to see if it will fire up tomorrow now!

On a good note though the Savage X 4.6 is working fine

I have recieved my Alliance & Leicster debit card today and want to try out iRacing for a month. Was the problem with the trial only?

I don't really wan't to spazz my card out on the first day of having it lol.

Only reason why I "try" to keep my PC up to date is I play some of the new DX10 game's and am a high graphic settings + AF/AA whore

There is so much variation between the prices of the PSU's of the same amount of watt, and i don't really get why.

Basically a cheapy branded 600watt cant actually reach 600watt half the time and they tend to go bang pretty quickly taking out all your other components

Where as a good branded one can reach the power stated and are much more stable, even if they go pop after a few years they wont take out your whole computer
