Why don't you try a fresh install? I have the option in my game, version U.

Why not? You have elevation changes, you have corners, challenging and not, you have bad tarmac (city), you have evrything. You just need some imagination.

They must have the same resolution. S. technically i think you could use lets say 2 17s for the sides and a 19 for the middle. Not sure though. Maybe they even have to be the SAME. Same model and stuff.

None of the ATI cards are supported?? I knew CrossFire isn't and SLI is and i thought singles are all supported. Bummer for ATI. Good thing i'm more of a green person (not that i will be buying this thing, i don't even have a single nice screen, let alone 2).

ramtech the link (yousendit tutorial) isn't working again. Could you re-upload it, if possible to somewhere else?

Silverstone isn't a modern F1 circuit. It has been used for F1 for a while with practiacly no changes. It's still ran on an abandoned airfield. But i'd still like either one that is simmilar or a track that is more like one that i have described above. And we already have 2 modern racing circuits situated in England - Aston and Blackwood. Westhill may be modernized with a layout or two in the future too.

Fern Bay Black isn't the longest track in LFS anymore, Aston takes it's place. But Black is nicer for GTRs, that's true. Also try SO Long if you haven't, rollercoaster too :> An even scarier one

GTR and rally cars are FAR from being the same.

Corsair (makes only good DDR2 RAM now) and kingston (makes expensive, not that good RAM) only make the complete sticks. Samsung makes the chips (specialy known for TCCD/TCC5 and UCCC chips)

BTW, we're on 0.5 now. Full S2 will be 0.6 so it goes from 0.6A onwards.

Wow, a nice design. Lots of tightening corners Maybe could flow a bit better (it has a lot of 'breaks' in it - hairpins, non-sweeping corners), but it would still be nice. It gives A LOT of passing oprotunities.

Not bad. How about modding the existing UFR?

UFR? Sure, it could use some wings, but it's old! :>

I already suggested touring cars. TBO class, maybe a new one, slicks, less weight, a bit more power maybe, make them and UFR and XFR compete with eachother and there you go. TBOs would also need some apropriate styling
Ofcorse, a lot of people don't want to see more of the 'same' cars.

I first thought of Brand's Hatch (guess what i watched on Eurosport yesterday ), but Knockhill comes close too. Donnington has a nice downhill section soon after the start too

You didn't say it would be tuned, but I guess it's too fast for the UF even in stock mode.

Quote from Ryanry64 :The difference between LFS and real racing is the difference in skill levels throughout the field. So if you're heading down to T1 and someone, who perhaps isn't sure on braking points, slams on their brakes half a mile too early, then it's hard to avoid them if everyone's close. But there are also alot of people who think they're God, brake too late and consquently take some people out.

My technique for T1 is to stay near the inside and just hope no one turns into the side of my car. Works quite often and usually I gain a decent handful of positions from the people that go the long way round

More or less same here.

toster if you mean the Cappucinno (or how it's splt, not sure about the double letters), that car is MEAN! It only has a 600 cc engine, but mod it a bit and it FLIES! The car is super light. The car was also used in Initial D, an anime that talks about street racing and drifting too. The driver (a rally driver) was a nut and drove the car super fast!

TG test track is useless, figure of 8.

I have an idea. I know we already have 3 brittish racing tracks but one more wouldn't hurt. One with KILLER uphils and downhills, tight, unforgiving, bad tarmac, challenging corners and series of corners, cambered outwards sometimes, etc. Aston is WAY too modern for that, Westhill is quite modern too, too wide at least, Blackwood was close but has been renovated since, quite wide now too. So basicly i'm saying to go back to the roots, S1 style. Narrow tracks that give the feeling of a rollercoaster BUT when you drive it right, hit the corner like a nail on it's head, it gives this FANTASTIC feeling of being the king of the world (or that corner ).

What do you think?
