A corrado has a moving wing, don't need to be so exotic

But driving banked is for a car almost impossible. Even for a 700kg furmula car you must have a LOT of downforce to get the tires to hold 700kg glued to a wall. I think the car will break.

Going upside down is downforce-like more efficient, cos' the downforce itself is pushing upwards. Generating those 700kg of downforce is not so hard.

But in many cars the oil and coolant would not get where it's supposed to so long driving is not a possibility

I don't doubt it I read in the post above yours about the limited wheel lock, that explains quite some about why it LOOKS like they use lots of steering angle. Maybe, actually they don't

But it does work ... in FBM SO Chicane, the part just before the chicane is just Understeer with a capital U but while applying a huge drift-angle with front wheels, you suddenly manage to do it

When I see the hotlap replays I always think 'what racing is this', like full lock steering, lucky slides etc It's a great achievement but it is something else as taking your racelines and do 90 consistent laps. It's just another type of playing.

When I drive 100 races in a week, I have for more points than lets say Jimmy who can, due to time, only drive 20.

Is it an option to only count lets say the 15 best races? Or even the 10 best race results where no double race-combo results are possible?

I could never compete because I cannot drive that much

But just a spin in my mind!


BTW I love the Fox-racing ! Always a nice bunch of people!

LFS gives me an Environment where I have the possibility to grow with an almost unlimited amount. The whole package gives something our mind can learn, get better. All of that with a reasonable good real-life simulation.

Then the whole community, the possibility of some added development (lapper and so on) to tweak it for another communities taste makes the LFS package something unique.

Never has it been so easy to just say 'LETS START A NICE LEAGUE' where it's just very easy to jump in and start growing and getting better.

No other sim has that I think, and that's unique about LFS.


Now I didn't talk about physics and graphics at all

Really, I have my seat and projector, but never 'play' any other thing on pc now. Just LFS... it's a hobby, not only a game. I make time for it

Clutch burns when taking very slow turns with BF1. Autoclutch will pop in, I had this a lot too, just drive a bit faster
