We've now used "Sunset" conditions for the past three races in a row. Obviously, we're pretty close to the race start time currently, but something so minor is giving me increasing problems and making me frustrated when I "attempt" to do a stint (which I haven't even come close to now). I can't put the entirety of the blame for ****ing up my preparation on sky conditions (turning sky off doesn't work btw, even though it hurts my fps anyways) but it's still hard to spot turn-in points; T2 for example, even now.

I've turned the contrast and the brightness up on my monitor already; too high for my liking which I then need to readjust when tabbing out of game. Then I come to the back straight and the mother****ing sun just blinds the crap out of me. I've already moaned about this on TS but the conditions just continue to piss me off, so I hope I'm not alone here.

The conditions are fine, surly if you had some sort of racing talent you might be able to adjust to them.

Car seems to become faster end of stint, which is definately not NASCAR style at all. On the oval it is a bit different. You run your fast lap lap 1, then drop about .5 and go up .1 each lap until you are about .6ish away from your best time, and just lap there forever. The grip never seems to fall off. I saw some people start gaining some time the last couple laps out of a 25 lap race.

Besides that though, only other things that need fixing is the wheel chatter and the crazy over-correcting (might just be setup).

All we need now is some endurance racing and us LFS guys will whoop ass. I personally cannot wait for endurance racing to be introduced, and hopefully the ford GT and the C6R will be used in some good leagues. Masters of Endurance anyone ?.. not that i've tried either of those cars yet

Just for the sake of my own sanity, here is a video.. on how to draft with 3 cars. Please watch it, for you guys who have little knowledge of what you are doing.. It will stop me crying in the 500 at least.

Right, important infos:

1. When running in a 4 car draft, NEVER, EVER overtake the 3 cars in front of you, unless you can get past them easily BEFORE you get into the next corner. The best thing to do if you are the last car in a 4 car draft, is to let the 3 guys in front do their drafting, and you just tag along at the back saving fuel in 6th gear or w/e being sucked along by the car in front. Usually drafting with 4 cars is slower than drafting with 3.. So if you want to get to the front (which should be your aim anyway) your best chance is to not F up the 3 car drafting happening in front of you.
   
2. If when you are the last car in a 3 car draft, and you fail to get a sufficient run on the two cars ahead of you (like @ 1:00), never dive to the inside, it's gonna **** you up for the next few corners trying to get back into drafting position. Make doing this a priority when drafting with other people.
   
3. Last reminder: People seem to think that diving down the inside of the 3/4 car draft you are running with for 10th place is gonna win them the race. It's not. WORK WITH THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU. It's always going to be better in the long run helping the guys around you to go faster. Who knows, you may find a good partner/partners and find yourself flying through the field.
