Thought for your promotion - How about a forum logo/tag thing that people can add to their various forum accounts with the web address to your main site?
Would need to be clear, neat and not too big, but could help spread the word?
Put a heavy duty pressure plate and a heavier duty organic clutch in it. Better performance without losing drivability (ie no leg cramps when navigating peak hour/heavy traffic) no shuddering etc. Race clutches are a whore in traffic.
standard rims + better rubber + better suspension = no police attention, unless you're being a complete tool, and awesome handling. Like having a worked engine with a quiet exhaust, keeps the cops/idiots who want to race on public roads etc away.
Flashy rims attract thieves too....but they look very cool
Congrats on the GF tho, she does have an awesome rack hahaha
To get rid of her picture - Hit the "Edit" button on the bottom right of the post you want to edit. That photo should be in between some tags that look like this
Just delete the one u want to get rid of and hit "Save" in the bottom right of the window.
Any mods to the cressy or AE panno?
There's a 1uz-fe one over here in the west, and i think another with a 1jz-gte..
And i know theres a 1jz-gte ae7X panel van over east, he's on Toymods
handbrake should disengage automatically when you attempt to move off.
Is the gearbox AND clutch set to auto, or just the gearbox? It may be that it's trying to use a manual clutch (which u don't really want with a stick)
To check this, go to the OPTIONS menu, and then select DRIVER. You should be able to see both gearbox and clutch options near the bottom of the text on that screen.
Also, to see if your joystick isn't engaging the footbrake for some reason (it's been a while since i used a stick on LFS) Enable the Pedal display option so you can see what is being depressed (accelerator/brake/clutch/handbrake)
To enable this, go to OPTIONS menu, and select DISPLAY. go down to SHOW PEDALS and click the box next to it until it says YES. This should then show you (when on the track, in the car) if your joystick is doing what it should be doing, or if it's jamming the brake on because the axis aren't set correctly. (should be some bars down in the right hand side corner if i remember correctly) Green is Accelerator axis, Red is brake axis, Blue is Clutch axis, and Grey is handbrake axis. If you have both full green and red bars when revving the car and trying to move off, then your footbrake is jammed on.
That's all i can think of if all your settings are as you say.
You can adjust the wind speed (i believe three levels low/medium/high) on the track selection screen, down on the bottom right if memory serves me correctly. With wind off the windmills on certain tracks don't spin and increase depending on what speed you've selected.
I have a real soft spot for the R32 GTR, mainly because growing up they were the hero car at bathurst, thumping everything they competed against.
I can understand the practical reason for selling it as owning a performance car is quite expensive if you're driving it regularily, especially with fuel costs going the way they are
Yours looks VERY un-modified from the outside, which is rare nowadays too! Nice.
lol i don't even know if i'd bother with a post mortem. Looks like some fairly large chunks were flying around in there, more than enough to damage it beyond repair :/
