Agree, i wouldn't have moved into the left lane having seen the truck, altho if i needed to, pulling in behind the truck is safer than pulling in front of it. IIRC the MINIMUM amount of flashes for your indicators over here is 3 for merging, but it has been a while since i refamiliarized myself with the road handbook

Tried updating your video/soundcard/monitor drivers since sp2 was installed?

you can do whatever you want with the textures, but you need to be aware they can have unexpected results sometimes with test patches.
So if you really want to test, you're better of using a clean install.

Which drive does windows currently use for virtual memory? Just wondering as 2 of your drives are apparently low on space (my vista 32 starts doing some weird shit when the VM gets low)

Try pressing spacebar, i noticed that i couldn't get out of the credits (EDIT: I'm at work, and on a demo version, that isn't unlocked, so its actually the "advertising" screen)by clicking anymore either, but spacebar still works...

I'm blind, but they really should have these dates a bit easier to find than having to dig thru old news articles.

hahahaha good call. Can't seem to find the official release dates, some places say 23rd, some the 27th, and some as far as nov 11th, but i think thats if you bought it on LIVE.

If we don't get these, as you call them "pointless" patches, you end up with NFS:Shift for PC. Sure it looks pretty but the physics are busted to hell...

These small updates are so that when a big update DOES come around, all the foundations for it are strong, and LFS can continue to be the high quality production it always has been.

Are you sure it's Z20 version, and not Z19? No anti virus software slowing down the PC doing a scan etc? What are your pc specs/operating system etc?

Please tell us how to reproduce this "speedo glitch". Provide a setup if possible. Or Provide a replay so we can see what you're talking about.

Also on the contact patch being all on one side, i can't roll a car (i'm at work), but i'm pretty sure if it's off it's wheels, the contact patch (grey bars top of F9 windows) is meant to be nothing when the wheels aren't on the road, can someone confirm this?

Some Points.

1.) LFS used to have something like 40-45 deg lock available for all cars + adjustable track etc etc, but this was removed ages ago for better realism

2.) Look in the unofficial mods thread, pretty sure there's a way to increase lock, just means you can't use it online.

3.) There is hundreds of requests for more lock, but being as it was removed from the game a long time ago, good luck with that.

When you say Register, if all you did is create a user name,then that doesn't give you access to licenced content. To be able to access the content you speak of, you'd need to buy an s2/s1 licence (it's about $56 australian dollars iirc EDIT: Damn! good exchange rate, only $42 now, BARGAIN!) go thru https://www.lfs.net/?page=shop

The track you mentioned has never been available for free, so we can only assume someone gave you a link to a cracked version.
