ESP (IIRC) engages each brake caliper individually to attempt to bring the car back under control. At least thats how i've seen it work on a Honda Accord Euro. Shit car when its turned off. Why couldn't they tune the suspension to work properly instead of relying on ESP....

dunno if other cars also encapsulate Traction control into this.

Of course it doesn't because it's now linked to steering? The only possible reason i could see for setting the static with steer look is so u could have your head turned constantly....which would be weird?

That look feature works fine here with Z22. moves my head around when i turn the wheel.

Xbox 360 controller. I'll be ****ed if i'm buying and MS wheel/Fanatec JUST for Forza. It's a good game, but not worth paying a couple hundred for a crap wheel to play it.

The little 131 Fiat <3 Me and a mate were racing them @ Fujimi Kaido they're just so chuckable even standard Bit slow tho (3rd gear when standard is about the limit!)

We found that the AE86 with the original engine worked + supercharger
and the 131 Fiat with original engine, worked + supercharger
both with suspension etc etc are a pretty good fun combo for Fujimi race battles (or drift i would imagine too heh)

KIDS - Fiat Abarth 131 is bucketloads of fun. Standard, or with its 2.0L engine modified up to a Supercharged weapon. Turbo ruins it.

900+kW Veyron = quick, but too heavy to corner properly against real race cars.

GT3 RS modified up to top spec is so much fun and the SOUND oh.....my.......god.

sounds like you didn't uninstall it if it is still running. But if you want to end it manually here's how (i can't guarantee this will work as you haven't completely uninstalled the software properly anyway)

Bring up Task manager, go to process tab, and look for Logitech Wingman Event Monitor in the description tab. Mine is called LWEMon.exe select it and end process. This isn't difficult stuff...

uninstall logitech profiler, download a fresh copy and re install. Also make sure you read what the installer tells you to do, i vaguely recall it asking for the wheel to be unlugged for a portion of the install or something like that, been a while since i ran it.

Make sure you are running the Stable profiler, and not the Beta to. Post a direct link to the copy of profiler you got so we can see what version etc it is, might be able to find an alternate download if this one is no good.

Oil pressure is related to engine revs, not directly. With increasing RPM, the pressure goes up rapidly at first then a valve opens so the pressure does not build too high, then the pressure rises more gradually from that point. Yep, just how the factory Oil press gauge in my MR2 works. Idle it sits at halfway, during normal driving, usually between 1/2 and 3/4, 3/4 is the max it will reach (unless something goes wrong) If you have low oil pressure, it essentially means you are starving the motor of oil, it will cause heat in bearings and moving parts, and you will break something.

The main point being made was this. If you have a version of LFS with aftermarket stuff, you run a test patch and it does weird stuff, it's a good idea to do a clean install, install the test patch, and then try replicate it.

Being as he's the only one so far reporting that bug, it is something to do with either the LFS installation, his software/drivers, or his hardware.

It has been discussed enough IMHO.
