I added your form to the spreadsheet with the #66 as soon as you posted it, and it's not in the available numbers' list. Is there anything else wrong that I didn't notice?
We are starting the month of October, and even though we are two weeks ahead of Round 1, I thought I'd bring a breakdown of all signups so far, for those who haven't been following the spreadsheet.
We have an amazing total of 59 drivers who have signed up, but 3 forms are still invalid.
#04 Filips "sjava" Purvins and #08 Petr "klouchzech" Dolezal still have to choose a car;
Timur "leha" Alisultanov still has to choose a number.
As a result of a numbers' rule, the #01 will only be reserved for the series' champion and with that adressed, we have to ask Timur Alisultanov to choose another number. My apologies for coming up with this after the test race, but we are now finishing the rulebook with the less important rules before we officially start the season.
The following double-digit numbers (02-99, 00 not available) are still available: 11, 15, 18, 27, 28, 30, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 41, 43, 48, 49, 50, 51, 59, 63, 64, 65, 67, 70, 73, 74, 75, 76, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 84, 85, 86, 89, 91, 92 and 97.
Quick little reminder after all the stick we got with the #07 and #7 situation - it doesn't really matter if your number has a "0" or not - it's still the same number and you can display it whichever way you want.

Reason : #25 taken by Stig209.
What if the MoE 24h counted for the GT1 Points table? It's a long shot but it's probably the best of both worlds if the original intention was to have a 24-hour race on the GT1 calendar.
That would a wet dream, but 2013 is too soon for Da Costa yet. All we can do is hope he's still in the Red Bull Junior Team by 2014 (or that either Vergne or Ricciardo get the boot around mid-2013 :P). Plus, let's not forget Sam Bird or Bianchi (even though that's a bit farfetched since he's already involved with Force India).
So much hate there that it's not even worth discussing.
This is something that looks small but is a major shake-up in the drivers' market. I'm feeling sure that Schumacher is pretty much out of a seat for 2013 - he wouldn't go to another team without 1. Asking for a big paycheck and 2. Being assured that he would be given a competitive car. Not to mention that he's got his age and this failed comeback as two BIG reasons for a team not to hire him. I would personally love to see him keep racing, maybe having a go at Le Mans or even (hopefully not) DTM.
There are so many people eligible for that Sauber seat for 2013...I hope they will think about this wisely...and bring someone from either WSR or GP3, there's a lot of talent there
On my mind it wouldn't be fair if I just drove away, you'd be even more p'd off and it would be even more justifiable for you to put a protest against me.
That move had a little smell of revenge after all the horn buzzing you did after the spin, and through the corners coming up to T1, and that was no soft hit. Nor was all the contact we had when you started defending like a driver who was pissed off after being spun by an FXO...Although granted, I didn't get spun out or lost a huge amount of time out of that hit. But I felt a little revenge/rage out of that.
A protest would be too much for what the incident really was.
I overdid that out of rage when I transcribed it, but the Grosjean line was just evil. Got it, Michael Schumacher? *edits rage post*
All I did was put my nose in, try to finish the move but then you got the grip to go back to the racing line and then "tap" and "spin".
@ #23: So I accidentally spin you off, I slow down, give you the place back as a way of saying sorry, and then on Turn 1 you decide to try and ram me off the track? And then at the end of the race you go "noob grosjean" on me? Nice. Very nice of you to be like that. See if I'm ever that nice to you again next time.
With that situation addressed, It's great to see that Stankus finally got a chance to shine and show his true potential with a race that was free of major mistakes. 2nd place just missed him, but to at least put up a bit of a fight against drivers like Joe and Niki...damn.
The rest of us (Nathan, Jordan, Arnas, me) did a nice job by finishing the race. Nate and Jordan always had good pace in the XRT and deserved to finish where they finished, if not a bit higher up the order. Arnas' race was marred by some mistakes but he still fought through, and I had a terrible race. It started with the first laps where I got spun by some guys who were too focused on making the corner, and that knocked me down to the back and effectively ruined my race, because shortly after that, my tyres started overheating and I lost a bit of pace and took more laps to regain some positions. After lap 40 the tyres started cooling down and at that time I was up to 16th and becoming faster and faster, catching up to Jarda. I go down to 18th after the incident, and then I realise I have to pit because I had too little fuel for the finish.
I'll probably edit this post once I realise there are some things here which I shouldn't have said...but I'm pretty P'd off right now.

Reason : yes, there were some things here which I shouldn't have said.
A new rule was added to address the high number of sign-ups for this series.
Starting from Round 1 -
Official Qualifying will also be the session that determines the 30 drivers who will be guaranteed a grid spot for the Race(s).
The 31st and 32nd qualifiers will stay on the server standing by as reserves, should a faster qualifier be forced to leave before the Race(s) begin(s).
If a driver in the top 30 times out before the start of the race, a maximum waiting period of 3 minutes will be done after gridding. If the affected driver fails to make it back to the server in time then he will be declared for the race in question as DNS and the 31st qualifier will be called to replace him.
Drivers affected by timeouts before Race 1 are automatically allowed to join the grid for Race 2 from the back of the grid, replacing the reserve driver who took their spot.
Reserve drivers always join the race at the back of the grid and therefore NEVER take over the DNS driver's grid position.
For the double-points races (where only one race session is held), a longer waiting period of maximum 10 minutes will be made for drivers who time out while gridding.
Keep in mind that drivers who time out during the double-points events are allowed to rejoin. However, on the two-race venues, a timeout is an automatic DNF.
try the old one, i<3slicks. I'll have to talk to Matt to see if we set a password for people practicing (so we don't have hackers screwing around on the server) or just disable it.
We're new at this (well I am). We're far from being the skilled admins you usually work with on the top leagues, so please be patient.
I also get "TIMER BOUNDED" when I switch from windowed mode to fullscreen (I do that pretty often). It took about 10 seconds for the screen to display everything again (on B I would time out if it took that long). Is this "TIMER BOUNDED" message supposed to come up?
That also leads me to say sorry to Ramon Blauwhoff, who I told to shut up during the gridding for the race as I was slowly starting to lose my patience...it wasn't an admin-like attitude, for me to be saying that.
