I've said this before and I'll say it again: I'm holding my hand up for my mistakes, because I know I've done them but trust me that it could've been worse.
And actually, apart from the odd moment where I was too worried about where you were in Turn 3 to give you the draft in the S/F straight, I enjoyed working with you until Valtteri got into the mix.
Was in severe pain by lap 115, so I'm sorry for the accidents that I caused. Must say that I've enjoyed working with Kid222, Sascha and Ray during the race, but a concentration break caused by said pain ended up screwing mine up when I didn't give room to...Eoin, I think, so I'm deeply sorry to Eoin for getting caught up in that lapse. Apart from that, I was happy with my race, staying out of trouble during the first half and always being around the Top 10. Really sucked to finish last after a late race crash, and being turned around by Whateverhisnameiszski while pitting for repairs.
Uh...why am I out of the points' standings and tracker info? I can clearly recall being on both Qualifying and the Race, and the replays are proof of that too. What the heck?
Ding ding ding. Spot on. So far we've got Ronaldo saying that he doesn't feel like he's being supported by his team and teammates at Real Madrid. Feel free to rate how believable that is :P
Right after the announcement of the arrival of Remco Majoor and Damian Eikelkamp to Last Lap Motorsports, we have another new member in Cem "turkishcan" Dalda! Cem has been a keen racer of the affectionately-named Bus, the FXR, for a while, performing way above the car's limitations and producing amazing results, but he is now open to driving other cars in LFS, and we are definitely looking forward to racing with Cem in the very near future!
And also joining us, from Scuderia GP but still remaining as a member of his team, we have Yannick "yanki" Lemmens! As part of an agreement with LLM Managers, he will be helping us out with anything media-related.
Welcome to Last Lap Motorsports, Cem Dalda and Yannick Lemmens!
I'm so embarassed at that final hour that...I don't know. Too much bad luck during the whole race, apart from us gaining 16 places total from avoiding both pile-ups during the first 15 minutes, but then we got caught in the wrong place at the wrong time when I T-Boned two spinning cars (separate incidents) in front of me, that made me come to a full stop as well both times. Very, very frustrating to see our race already ruined by these situations (we lost 8 of the places we had gained from the pile-ups), not even Cem's quick pace saved it, after all that time we lost. And then comes Matt and pretty much gets a flat tyre, stops giving a **** about the race and then gives it engine damage and stops the car, knocking us to dead last, 7 laps down. What a ****ing joke. I'm glad this was our last race of the season, because as far as this kind of racing goes, I don't want to race with attitudes like this.
About the incident between the #26 and #22, I still think it was completely the #22's fault.
P.S EDIT: I told you that that setup was shit, Matt...
So...it's going to be interesting to start from the last row, to say the least. If my internet holds up, if Matt's recently bee-sting-swollen...uh...self makes it through his stint and if the car is still in one piece for Cem to take to the finish, then that's great.
So I guess I'll have to step in the BUS and race this time as well...sigh. I feel confident for this race after a couple of hours' practice, but I'm still a not too happy at having to ditch TBO practice to take over from Tuomo. Still, there's no way I'll pass up a chance of racing with Cem Dalda
Madeiran pride right there, Ruben Micael just turned that match over for Braga! (I can already foresee an hour worth of Portuguese news coverage just for that tomorrow)
Even the Aston 24h this year had about an average of 150 people watching the stream. From what I've seen, the streamed NDR events have always attracted about 45-50 people in the top tier series races. Would be cool to see LFS being a bit more promoted to the "simracing audience" so those figures could rise a little bit.
