the thing about the bumps in iracing is that a rally stage usually has less bumps than what you feel in iracing

Quote from tristancliffe :I wonder what people would be saying if it was the other way around... I'm sure in the past when Hamilton has had contact, it's never his fault; he had the right to turn in or to brake, and the other guy should have backed out of the move that wasn't going to work.

this according to our local kart racing legend is particularly true of people who were fully alongside hamilton at the exit of corners
clearly they should totally expect hamilton to run them off track and jump out of the way

why would anyone want their friends to believe they drive something as shameful as a bmw? or a golf for that matter

funny how the local village idiot is for hard racing but crys like a little girl when someone shuts the door hard and expects him to jump out of the way and grant him an easy pass as soon as hes barely got his front wing inside

Quote from DevilDare :So can anyone explain this?

yes... clearly you didnt watch f1 back then
there were plenty of people (particularly prost fans) who were (rightfully) massively critical of sennas often stupid driving

Quote from PhilS13 :From Hamilton's point of view this is a VERY similar pass vs the one on Maldonado. Maybe only a little more overlap but that's it. The difference between the two for him is only the reaction from the other

on the schumacher pass he had nearly complete overlap on turn in on the maldonardo attempt hamilton pretty much hit maldonardos rear wheel with his front

i agree that the maldonardo one was borderline and lewis had more or less enough overlap to claim dibs on the corner but claiming the incidents were identical is just silly

Quote from U4IK ST8 :It seems to me that you were taught different physics to what I understand

this post just gets funnier and funnier with every one of you posts that shows a complete nonunderstanding of really really basic physics

Quote from U4IK ST8 :So you are saying falling concrete in the form of dust has the same kinectic energy as a solid piece of falling concrete?

Quote from U4IK ST8 :And, because it did break apart, it would have very little kinetic energy compared to it being a complete structure, which is true.

thanks for proving that you have no understanding of physics and distributed loads

you might want to add a freeze frame where you introduce the involved parties and give them numbers or something

Quote from Boris Lozac :Why only new yorkers, the whole world watched it. Or are you saying that every new yorker had perfect view, in person, of the collapse?

because clearly (hah!) the live videos were all cgi so obviously only eyewitnesses count

Quote from Boris Lozac :On what evidence can people be basing this if nothing similiar ever happened?

on the evidence of roughly 8 million new yorkers watching the same collapse with their own eyes?
the main problem with people who cant accept that the building collapsed exactly the way it most evidently did is that they cant conceptualize in their tiny minds how much a couple of floors worth of building weight and how much load they can produce

great that totally makes up for the 33% (not even counting the double error on ridiculous) speeelling mistake rate in a 9 word sentence (thats gotta be some kind of world record or something)

Quote :watch a documentary or two.

no... now thats laughable

Quote :No i'm not saying the towers were impossible to hit, but the Pentagon aproach is laughable.

and you obviously base this on your extensive experience as a pilot?

why dont we go for the elephant in the room here
do you feel in control and empowered in your own life?

Quote from Bob Smith :To the one handed argument, I often drive one handed, and if I'm taking things easy, I've never had issues.

everyone does and particularly for people who dont drive a lot this will be true
however ive gotten into tankslappers in my mums punto twice while taking it easy and letting myself get lulled into a false sense of security from the fwd econoboxyness of it
theres always a chance for some unexpected bit of slippery road that can get you way sideways (and potentially into oncomming traffic) if you react too slowly

where do you get these bullshit comparisons from anyway?
seriously kiddo youve proven yourself on countless threads to be a gullible idiot and youve fallen for utter utter bs once again

Quote from Boris Lozac :and they did it perfectly in 3 cases.

and for the record they did not
first hit on the towers was way high and almost too high to cause a colapse (as evident from the fact that the tower that got hit first came down way later than the second tower which got hit quite a bit after the first) the second hit on the towers was well off centre and the plane was pointing away from the centreline of the building as well
and the pentagon hit hardly did any damage at all
