I'd say go for S2 and see how it feels. The jump S0 (demo) --> S2 is huge but S2 --> S3 is relatively minor. If you really love S2, then you can go S2 --> S3. Don't worry, you will not pay more by upgrading from S2 to S3 later on because each license step costs 12 pounds (might be cheaper in Czech Republic?).
I'm saying this because most of the racing is done on S2 servers. Only sometimes you need S3 to play online at some servers. Of course you won't get Rockingham without S3 so if you really do want to try RO, then go for S3.

Over there I make a solution (for example it can include La, Sr, Co, Mn ions dissolved in an organic solvent) which I then blow into the reactor and then the vapor deposits onto a wafer (a small pallet) which is heated to a high temperature (for example 750 °C (~1400 °F), but it can go up to 1000°C). Then I analyse the coated surface with X-Ray diffractometer, SEM microscope and so on.

Will the server be S3 permanently after that or just in some cases? Also, will we have S3 rounds? I'm not sure everyone has S3 in this league so some people might not be able to attend all rounds.
Well logging in is form of activity so the counter updated... If you checked your last activity while not being logged in, then it would show an older date.
