LFS devs need to make sure the server is up and running all the time. The quality of the server is the owner's responsibility.

Yeah I believe people are talking about cars with automatic ignition cut where you don't have to release throttle yourself, computer just cuts the ignition for you. But I have experienced it as well when you try to shift, the game briefly cuts ignition but the shift doesn't happen.

Kross - yeah, same goes with me. I only played illegally for the first 2-3 years but then I finally decided that the game is too good to stick to illegal servers, I wanted something with better quality (community and race wise) and to support the developers.

Actually if you want to let demo users comment and avoid spam I believe comments could have something like thumbs up and thumbs down. Then there could be a system which observes these votes. If a comment gets something like up/down => 0/5 respectively, the comment will automatically be hidden or deleted. Only licensed players should be allowed to vote how relevant is the comment

Another positive side of this is that comments which get a lot of ups, can be shown as top comments. For example a comment which tells us pros and cons of the setup is much more relevant than just a "good setup". This way the proper comment will be shown on top and we won't have to scroll for detailed comments. I believe this would be something like Steam reviews

Oh my, the sound of that XFR is so annoying!

I would strongly recommend you start playing at least with a mouse . It gives you much more control over the car and you can change easily the settings with the other hand while driving. At first it will be hard, you will be slower but be very gentle with the mouse, try not to do sudden movements and gradually you'll get better
