I just wondered Scawen, how different does dirt feel in the new tyre physics? I'm not asking for details, I'm just wondering is the change in dirt driving similar to the change on asphalt? I remember Eric using the word "visceral feel", can the same be applied to dirt?

Just had a thought - now that we have concrete slabs, would it be hard to create a grass/gravel slab? I don't know how it works on your end but what I think you would just have to change the texture, lower the coefficient of friction even more (it's already lower compared to asphalt), add dust particles and there you go, we have a grass/gravel slab! Would be wonderful for rally stages.
Then again, it probably isn't as easy as I think but it's a thought.

I guess you have to get used to it. I know a few very fast guys who drive endurance races with mouse. Not sure if they're still on mouse but they were.
You could try asking teams to let you attend endurance races with them, maybe that'll give you some flexibility

I believe a new thread should be created because this discussion makes a lot of partly-related to the test patch posts. But yeah, XRD sounds like an interesting idea.

Well that just means you weren't properly tracking updates from Scawen.
After reading about formulas and mouse driving I can't let the fact go by that MARUS managed to beat BL1@FO8 WR with a mouse. It appears that the hotlap is now deleted but I still have the replay if you're interested. His lap time was 1:00.51
