try to give the pc each a fixed ip (of course in the same subnet as the router)

Example:
- Router: 192.168.1.1
- PC1: 192.168.1.11
- PC2: 192.168.1.12
(Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0, Gateway: 192.168.1.1)

try to ping both pcs: win+r -> cmd -> ping 192.168.1.1x
(you can also try that without the fixed ip by using the dhcp ones from the router)

Quote from Becky Rose :If you want to insult somebody, then Dutch is the language to learn. Nobody swears like the Dutch.

I always thought french was created for that. At least that would still sound nice while swearing while dutch would be more spitting I think

I hate subtitles for simply one reason: either you read or watch the movie.

nearly 95% of all movies in cinema are dubbed (so, no subtitles). But as pointed out usually the localized version kills most of original intention / subtle jokes and sayings.

if possible go and watch the movie as OV (original version) and you end up with not so full cinemas and more fun. You also learn the language better and for most of the english movies you can say it's quite easy to understand the stuff that is going on (unless it's some heavy accent movie like trainspotting)

Had a quick go with it last night...

The interface is still a joke, but now more stylish. It's far from being what I call easy and fast to use. Setting up a wheel seems to be at least working now without having to fiddle with the logi-profiler, but they way you config the wheel is somewhat of a joke. (turn wheel and click next, center it and click next, move throttle and click next, 100% throttle and click next and that just keeps going.) why not take the windows calibration (like lfs does).

It's just jumping from menu to menu to click one thing and ending up in the next menu... this is just stupid.
And some stuff is still not there where you'd expect it. To change the FF setting (which you can global) you have to enter a session -> car setup -> view (???) and change it.

Couldn't try the multiplayer, 0/0 Servers for demo...

CDBurner XP does the job too, and it's for free.

Just because software normally costs you (lots of) money doesn't have to mean it's good.

Wait till the Schumacher fanboys come out of their hole again

Anyway, Williams is correct here. If Ferrari doesn't trust their own test drivers enough to do a good performance and need to bring back the retired schumacher... well it's their problem. Testing rules were agreed on by all teams before the season and seeing how Ferrari already went behind it with the old cars and gp2 tires I can surely imagine that there would be some parts (or setups, tweaks etc) that "needed" testing on that day too.

There are no special rules to apply here.

I’m now in my semester break with free time 24/7 and figured it was time to make up for all the sunny days I spent on studying instead off giving my bikes a hell of a run down the roads

New feature: layouts, now in every corner's run off area, 'cause skyrocketing is much more fun.

(Best example is fe3r, full grid and [del]enjoy[/del] survive the first 3 corners.)

Quote from tinvek :
how about the hulk as the young fast german guy at williams with heidfeld as the more experienced german driver leading him to future F1 triumph? heidfeld has probably realised he isn't going to be world champion so being credited as one of the influences of possibly germany's next champion might sit pretty good with him and williams gain a fast replacement for nico, a driver that knows how they work that they respect and who can communicate exactly what he means to his young team mate, they stay popular with any german sponsors that nico may have attracted and if toyota decided to pull from F1, williams would be very hard for mercedes to ignore with two german drivers needing engines

I doubt that we'll see 2 germans driving for a british team, no matter how skilled they are.

Right now I vote for RBR

I thought RBR is full? Vettel + Webber.

Will be interesting to see if Kubica even stays with BMW till the end of the season.

Gonna look bad for Heidfeld, "he's getting too old for that shit" and is too quiet to promote himself for a good seat. He's more like a silent driver, getting the job done and noone notices. Not really a big PR guy.

Quote from TexasLTU :Kubica - One of those new teams, or Renault to replace Piquet.
Heidfeld - Williams

I kinda doubt Heidfeld could get a williams seat atm. Either Rosberg goes to McLaren and Hülkenberg gets the drive or he see's that Williams might be a better option to stay in F1 (depending on Mercedes F1 standing). And I don't see 2 germans driving for Williams (in case they get rid of Nakajima).

Or am I seeing it wrong with the Weber managed Hülkenberg?

Give me a break... Just say it's too expensive for you and that you rather spend your money to save some jobs in the factory than throw it on Motorsport and everyone will at least see you point.

But this wording just makes you sound like a bunch whiners running back to mommy because they are not winning.

Quote from Blackout :I think I missed the last year French GP, but I imagine a tire is more heavier than small bits of metal and will carry more momentum and force on impact? And did they knew? FIA claim Renault knew exactly what was going on but didn't do anything.

The penalty on Renault is harsh and would not have been given without the accidents we've seen in a week. My heart missed a beat when I saw the wheel finally coming off, and I think the stewards had a similar experience.

I don't really see a difference in getting hit by a spring a part of an exhaust system. Both is dangerous.

I'm sorry, but I'm pretty sure that a good driver (and according to some people Alsonso is one of them) can tell the difference between a loose and a damaged tire. You could even see it on the onboard footage that the tire was loose and not damaged.

They did punish him only that hard because of what has happend, not just because of the rules. Sure it's dangerous, but a suspension for the next race is just a big joke.

Edit other example:
Anyone remembering the Nurburgring Race where a mclaren suspension broke at the end of the mainstraight due not changing a heavily flatspotted tire? That was also preventable and since the tire flew away also pretty dangerous. But I can't remember any suspension...

Quote from three_jump :FIA going mental again...

Renault suspended for the next race. That's pure actionism and only be done because of last weeks incidents. And that's just stupid.

Of course Alonso should have stoped (especially if he really had a damaged fuel pump already) the moment he noticed that he had a loose wheelnut, but it has happend before that a driver was sent on track with that (and even lost a wheel, I think it was Hakkinen at British GP) and there was no penalty afterwarts.

A fine and a warning would have been enough. (I guess noone remembered the next GP being in Valencia... Not really a big help to sell at least some tickets... But the Turkey method can be applied on other tracks to I guess.)
