Yes, but there is a debate about a huge black hole in the center of spiral galaxy's, and we, like you said would have to be fairly close, but if you look at the actuall distance in numbers it seems like alot.

oh ya and also, I don't necessarilly belive the world will end in 2012 but after all shows on discovery channel i watched it sorta gave me the kreeps

The most catastrophic things that will happen on 21/12/2012:

Thousands of people will die worldwide from lack of food, lack of water and preventable diseases.
Thousands of people will be killed or seriously injured in disputes with friends, family, neighbours, burglars, car-jackers etc.
Hundreds of thousands or millions of soldiers will go to sleep fearing for their lives because they are committed to wars that their countries wish they hadn't got into or there are no real reasons for.

i.e. it will be another normal day.

Well, the first two can be answered by my 2 above posts. And also, a black holes gravitational pull is very strong, so we don't have to be very close at all.

haha yes, one of my friends did that once but he was at such speed that he went right through me, but we still both got totalled, then he got a big surprise when he figured out that I have a good memory. The next week we were racing in the BL carpark and I purposly went through those barriers near the pits and then went and waited at the far right corner of the park. You could imagine his face when he saw me coming at him at 200mph, then,"WHAM!" He goes byebye to intergalactic space and I finish(and win) the race with no damage except for a smashed in front end.

Now I am feeling quite, quite sad guys.
I got a G25 for X-mas from my parents, and I told them not to get the G27, because my friends were saying it wasnt that great at all. Now though, I am feeling a bit misleaded.
And if I wanted the G27 now I wouldn't get it, because everyone would be like"forget it, you already have a G25, and were not wasting anymore money". So should I be feeling this way?

Lol dude.
You can't blow up an engine in LFS and what happenned there was you ran out of fuel.
If you were running normally and then suddenly the engine cutrs off then you ran ouyt of fuel. Besides, if the engine blew up you would know it, because the engine would make a 'pop' noise and there (very likely)will be black smoke. If I were you I would go crawl up in a whole and hide from the hummiliation of of not figuring out something so obviously obvious, and plus, you could have just pressed F12 and it would say: Fuel:0.00%.

I just got shift and it is really a great game. I love the realism and the variety of cars.
Also, I love how they included some very rare supercars like the CCX and the Veyron.
The racing is great, and I have Grid, and I have to say, this game is comparable to grid, maybe even LFS(should NOT have said that)

Yes, I had the same question, as I got a G25 4 xmas and now im feeling better that we never went with G27, as most ppl seem to say G25 all the way.

Ok my parents got me a Logitech G25 (did we make the good choice by not getting the G27 for $80 more?). I got a PS3 with NASCAR 09, Gran Turismo 5, Rockband 2,and NFS:Shift. Got some model cars, and got 50 bucks to pre pay 4 S3. Also got a new monitor and hardrive. Karting suit , helmet, and rib protector are all garanteed to me, except for the suit(which might wait till mid-season).

Even though I don't follow F1 as much as I do NASCAR, I think Hamilton's gonna take it, not by much, but for sure it'll be him. The talent comes a little easier to him then it does to button, but the new regulations will suit button better. Still though, the odds are toward Hamilton.

Oh ya forgot to mention that I am gettting a new helmet free from my 2nd longest sponser for karting. I also need a new suit, but that may wait till the cash freshens up at the begginning of the season. I am also getting a new rib protetor that is waaay better and safer than the other one, which will be needed because of alll the extra g's and speed in the new kart.

I won A karting championship,and with that I also got sportsman of the year and most outstanding racer of the year, so 3 karting trophies, the only one in the whole karting club who got 3 trophies. I also got way better at karting. I got a new best friend, got decent at LFS, and had a great time with my family.

I asked for a Logitech G25, Need For Speed Shift, some die-cast model cars(I am a Huge collector of those), and then just some little things.
Also, with some of the cash I always get from ppl, ill pre-pay for S3.

I have completed the whellie ambulance level and when the game is explaining the next challenge to me(the limo fire truck), I keep getting kicked off and the error report comes up. I suspect that scratches on the disk are the problem, is there any way to remove the scratches? I have heard that toothpaste works, is that true?
