Just want to add, I've been driving XRG quite a bit, I find its the easiest car to 4-wheel drift. Most corners involve the initial turn in, then just holding the wheel straight and paying attention to how your sliding.

Well, seeing how your saying "sorry" your most likely the one who caused the crash. In which case you still shouldn't be racing. I find a lot of people who have "sorry" binded are the ones who crash, then race off leaving the person they hit limping in the background. All while they are flashing "sorry" but not really caring.

Once again, actions speak louder than words. If you hit someone either stop and wait for them. Or pit and type "sorry".

Well. My friends fiancee's brother (who is gay) is getting married. So they are having a stag at a local club. Before thinking about it my friend said "yes, I'll go."
THEN he realized it was going to be at a gay stripper club....SO, if I were him. I'd spend the 10 bucks on a sign that says "no entry" to wear around my ass.

Ya, after crashes with some cars I get that. It feels like when you let off the gas and shift the wheel jumps left or right. That is because of damage.

LOL, the one thing I don't understand is...why bother having S1 AND S2...whats the point besides saying "OOHHH, I'm special, I have BOTH versions". but anyone can click on a link and download S1, its not very hard.

Then why doesn't he just tell us why he wants S1G rather than saying why he doesn't want any other patch, no matter how similar it may be.

If all you want is to drive the XRT...why not just get LFS S2 patch X? You just said u don't want S2X, but there is no advantage when getting S1G. Both patches have XRT in demo, but S2X has better physics and graphics.

This happened to me on my G25. I pinched one of the cables when I slid the wheel onto my desk. Over the summer when I was away the cable got worse and worse. When I got home the wheel was SUPPPPERR slow when it calibrated and it was really weak. The next day it wouldn't even turn on.

It was really wierd because the FFB was really slow and weak PLUS I smelt burning plastic. I thought for sure I fried the motor somehow, maybe a power surge when I was gone. I finally found the wire and sent it back to Logitech and I got a new one, no questions asked.

Even thought I voted Agree. I don't think the problem is the tracks. I think the problem is the cars. In real life, there are reasons why people don't cut chicanes. Whether it be wreaking suspension, or ripping off a bumper.

But until LFS perfects damage and physics, certain compromises have to be taken in order to regulate the cutting of tracks. That would be why I think LFS's chicanes should be a lot sharper UNTIL lfs gets a better damage model.

Why changed it? I think everything should be left the same. When S3 comes out, there should be a free demo, 12 for S1, 24 for S2, and 36 for S3. There is absolutely no advantage of taking away S1.

I don't really see why this is even up for discussion. As Gunn said, it's none of our business.

Settings can be found in the LFS manual (wiki). As for the wheel itself, don't slam it from lock-to-lock. And don't slam the shifter.

try quiting LFS, then un-plugging the G25. Plug it back in and let it auto-calibrate. Go into LFS's options and turn the AXIS to UNLOCKED. then click on recalibrate and turn the wheel all the way to the left, and all the way to the right.

If the FFB is still engaged go into Controller Options on your computer and see if the wheel is working there. If that doesn't work un-plug the G25, un-install all the drivers, re-install them and reboot ur machine.

EDIT: I've most recently got this when I've had 2 controllers plugged in. If you do too, unplug the other one and try everything again.

Log on with ur S2 license, and then post in this thread....

This one does look better than the others. But I can't remember. I thought To Fast To Furious was WAY worse that tokyo Drift. The acting was horrendous in both, but tokyo drift had a bit of a plot.

Link doesn't work....but LFS S2 isn't free. You need to pay money. After you extract the file into a single folder. Just click on the file named LFS. Then you will be able to play the demo.

I don't even understand....It looked like the guys head was acting like the throttle and break....

Thats most likely from wear. If you slam the shifter to hard, eventually the buttons in the shifter will break and they will stop working.

Go onto LFS's options then go under AXIS. On the Middle right part of the screen there should be an option that says "unlock" CLick on that. Now go and start racing, when you leave the pits, press your gas all the way down, and all the way back. Do this for brake and clutch also. Next turn the wheel all the way to one side, then all the way to the other side. It should be correctly calibrated.
