The first round of the Apex Cup was held this Friday. Aston North was the track for this round and with the exciting Formula V8 as car it seemed to be an interesting combo to start the season with.

At the end of the qualification session it was Jan Wiechowski who took the pole for the sprint race. Behind him was Nolan Scott from ineX-Racing.

Its been long awaited and we have finally got around to sorting it out. LTC's Birthday is on the 18th of May and since that is a Tuesday it wont be any good to people. So therefore this is how its gonna go to celebrate its 3rd birthday. Read the RULES.

After RD5, Tommy Ostgaard and Tiger Express Motorsports are comfortably leaders of the championship.
It remain 5 RD before to know the name of winners.
In drivers standing, Yann Laprevotte (TEM) is 2nd before Francky30 (Tech3R) and System (FSR).
And in teams standing, next to the TEM, there is FSR on 2nd place before Tech3r and..E Team !

The second round was held at the Kyoto National Reversed circuit. The track is smaller than Aston GP which would lead to many blue flag situations with 25 drivers, especially in the first qualifying. Nonetheless sixteen drivers were within one second in Q1, with Adam Wisniewski leading the pack. He and his teammate Mantas Brazinskas were alongside with both drivers of Sonicrealms Racing, Raptor-Gaming and Green and Yellow F1 Racing Team. The Top 10 for Q2 were completed by Tariq Gamil and Quentin Benoît, the winner of the season opener.


In Q2 the cars were filled with the amount of fuel they intended to start the race with.

The RB4 Trophy moves on to its third round at Westhill International Reverse.

Senna memorial Race 2010.

We are getting closer for the beginning of our season 2010.

18 teams are getting ready to celebrate the first pre-qualify race to earn one of the 4 slots available for the main event.

"Racing should be fun", and it sure was in this second round of the RB4 April/May Trophy!

Drivers arrived at Aston Club for the second round with high expectations and a full grid was ready to take on this short track. With fastest man during pre-qualify [Q3] Guiouton not being able to participate, trophy leaders RRT|CRNI and [Q3] makakazo looked the strongest drivers on the time sheet. The race was scheduled for a 15 minutes hardcore qualifying session, and two consecutive 20 laps sprint races, lasting about 25 minutes each.

Senna memorial Race 2010.
To remember the tragic weekend at 1 May 1994 with the loss of Ayrton Senna and Roland Ratzenberger, we have a memorial race on Sunday 2nd May.

Program :

The 2010 season of the OWRL F1 was going to be the biggest compared to their three previous seasons with the largest grid. Especially on the small tracks the two-part qualifying and the 305km races will be a challenge for the 28 drivers. But the seasons’ first race was on the Aston GP circuit with as much room for all cars as needed. The top 10 of the first qualifying will be driving in the second part with race settings and the amount of fuel they intend to start the race with, so strategy plays a key role here.

The first part however was all about the speed and getting into the top ten.

The recently revamped Fun Racing League continues on its growth with the second round of the April-May RB4 Trophy.

After 3 races and 3 victory Bartolotta (malcomax) win the CILFS 2010 GTR Trophy.

Tough race was Aston North in that FO8 GP, with only a few incidents showing up. Before that, confusion appeared in the second part of the qualification, in which Manu and Mullog were going to be sanctionned for overtaking in the pitlane. Alex was going with them as a sanctionned driver for going on track carelessly in Q1. Race coming, semaphore forecast.

After coming back on Dani taking advantage of R2 at the start, Alvariño and Chema took him in sandwich, both of them coming out of this weakened with the battle.

Today the Signups are open to the public. You can sign-up on the LFS Forum.

Drivers can signup on their own, but also with a team. (max. 2 drivers per team) Though it is possible to signup with multiple teams.

The Fun Racing League is back, for even more fun! Some changes have been made, to make the league more entertaining. A 15 minutes qualifying session has been introduced for each event, replacing the old pre-qualifying system, which will only serve to establish the top 32 getting qualified for the event. Also, two events will be splitted into 2 traces of 25 minutes instead of 1 race of 50 minutes, with a top 8 reversed grid for the second one.

The International XF GTi Championship is back, for the 2nd season of its history. The league will be organised by Tiger Express Events.

One more race in GPSeries and one more race in which Mullog showed his very high level when having to drive the FO8. This time wasn't an easy race, Mullog was running in what was, until this time, Schumi's track, although things were going to change. Since the first minute of Q1, the French driver proved to be one level above everyone, reaching Q3 and taking the Pole Position. Following were Manu and Samu about 1 second slower.

The race started and lot of nervousness was felt, nobody wanted the time spent training to be ruined in the first corner.

A few months ago it launched a new league in LFS. In this new league can drive the various single-seater with rules very similar to those of F1. This tournament is designed to recreate the conditions of competition realistic improvement. For example, the qualifying is the same as in F1: with Q1, Q2 and Q3. And many more rules that bring realism to the championship, as mandatory pit stops, mandatory use of soft wheels in races. GPFOX recently completed. Now he is running the GPFO8, and next season will drive the BF1!
