I've donated 10 times so far. I started less than two years ago, and there's a minimum of 60 days between donations in Finland (90 days for women). I try to go there as often as possible. My hemoglobin level is always around 165-180mg/l so there's no reason not to.

They've pulled three of mine, the fourth doesn't seem to be a problem. Funny though, none of them hurt at all even after the anesthetics wore off.
Sending/receiving setups only eats the bandwidth of the sender/receiver, LFSworld has nothing to do with this - and the OP was suggesting a similar system.
I don't think it would be of much use though.

With all the bad news lately, I thought I'd share something good.
I've been working for Securitas for about a year now, currently on my 4th temporary contract. I originally had a permanent contract but it was terminated due to medical reasons - I simply wasn't fit enough at the time. I've been working my ass off for the last year though, and my superiors made the 2nd such exception ever - they're giving me a permanent contract starting October 1st.
Also, I'm moving in a couple of weeks into a really nice apartment
