Was fun and interesting races yesterday.
The qualy for me wasnt what I was hoping for, did a far to slow first sector and got a 5th place. A good start took me up to 3d and after a couple of laps I was able to get inside of spekter for the second place. I could never catch Fel.
The idea to start in reversed order for the top 5 (or was it 8) in the second race is briliant imo. Again I got a very good start and managed to get into place 1 in T1. I never saw Fel?? by my side and turned in as usual in the chicane and touched him. The result was that I hit the tires and the others behind never had a chance to avoid the accident. I'm very sorry for this. As a litle comfort for you my car was heavely damaged so I had to pit together with Bo, forgot about the absence of speed limiter and got a drive through. I chased good and reached 8th I think. At lap 24 I got a flat tire on left rear in T1, limped the whole lap around for the change and then transported myself to the finish line one lap down.

But seriously this is a problem I can't solve. Sudenly it's there, maybe twice a month and I dont have a clue why, very anoying and danger to others as well.

To bad I wasn't used to the car and could be really competitive. That car just rox though, I like it a lot. To many mistakes on hot tires destroyed my races. Unfortunatly I hit (I think) B11tme when my game went down to desktop while chasing him on the long strait. For a couple of seconds I dunno what happens only that I had my foot on the braking pedal and braked like crazy. When I was back in the game I was out in the sand with B11tme, sry m8 but nothing I could do ...
If anyone could give me a tip on what happened and how to prevent it in the future I would apreciate it. Nothing running in the background but antivirus what I know of.

3 hours in a row is a lot. It's a huge challange and I would have loved to be in it.
I've done a 4 hour stint in WOSEC LeMans 24 h, but that was becourse the other guy who was suposed to connect after me got an error so I had to jump in again direct after 1 lap. But that was ok.

To bad you others don't drive in OLFSL ...

This is the same Sunday as we end up the OLFSLeague, the last race of the season ... dang!! ...

You couldn't consider to change that date? I would love to defend or better up that 2nd place from the last race at Aston Club!!

I just saw I never said the most important things; a huge congrats to Miki for the win!! You had the speed in qualy, you choosed the right setup and you raced with your inside of your head!!

Kleppa joined us about a month ago. A very nice young norwegain with skills not only on the tracks but with the computer/web as well. We expect him to develop to alien status during this year ...

Miki joined us this weekend. Another guy from Macedonia joining up. Looks as he allready is in the alien status. He seems to be a natural sim racer. He just get his S2 license and have done two official races. The result are impressive, 2nd place in the Balkan league and 1st at ATC 60 lapper. I wonder where this is going to end ...

A bad qualy and 10th place in the start. That start was miserable from me and soon I had to fight with the last places. After a while I got the rythm and all went pretty smoth. I had some hilarious laps though with Alt-Ctrl (I think) and ATC Bandit. Very hard fights but clean imo, at least if you dont count that punt to Alt-Ctrl from me before that fast chicane. I'm really sorry for that. I have to look at the replay later on, I dont really know what happened.

A whole bag full of fortune and Team XFR took the double. To bad for you guys who lost connection, thought it was a lag lap and flat tires. I dont think we ever gonna make that 1 and 2 again, at least not for a while. We are newbies to LFS and got luck, but we don't feel ashamed to take the victory though. If we used a lipstick we would have red ears!! ...

Just wanna point out:
I'm not saying that I'm completely against any layouts, as I fully understand why they are used (prevent cutting and stuff).

And as you seem to point out that it's my hardware... I know it#s not the newest and best on the market, but I've never had any fps problems before todays races (15fps in the first corners and when some "action" was around me in general in t1 + following chicane)... I'm sorry that I can't afford better hardware and if this is a problem than it should be stated in the rules what minimum pc specs are needed for this league (so that we with "bad" pc's don't enter, would save you also some work)... :evil:

Of course this is a problem allthough LFS is nicer to your computer then most of the sims out there. I dont think this extra layout coursed your problems though. Looks as it was a serverproblem due to all discos in your pool

This layout was new to me course I never looked at the page. But since we should be online pretty early a couple of laps are all that needed, to see and be familiar to this layout, no big deal at all. I allways try to follow the hlvc route anyways and so should you!! ..

I don't know what happened to the Endurance league in top of his forum. I thought they were starting another season very soon.
You mean these 60- lappers would be a replacement for that league?

Is there really room for two endurance leagues?

Since I'm interested in such a league I just wonder if there's going to be another season and where to sign up?
