And what difference is that? You do realise that if you can see something that close there is no time to react to it anyway or are you saying otherwise?
So now you accusing every fast guy of lying, good move
They have no reason to lie, especially that LFS community members often help new guys to get better times by releasing guides, sharing good sets and giving advices when in race (true story when i was still playing online i think at cargame dude sit as a spectator watching how I drive and gave me hints) so stop assuming there is a secret that everyone want to keep to themselves only because you would do so, stop judging others by your own standards.
Also how about this.
Could you please quote line in which he said it because I cant see it
Oh wait you lied to push your point trough, thats not nice, everything you said till now was a complete BS.
And I will be frank
I think this is also complete BS I think you making this story about better performance just because otherwise you wouldnt have left anything in your defence, so yeah I call it a lie
As for now you proved yourself to be an extremely immature, a liar and overall and ignorant person, my advice would log out, make a new acc and pretend this never happened before you make a bigger ass out of yourself.
The best part of it is that the guy drove only FBM online which means all of his complaints about how people can see more and are faster because of it refers to FBM, I mean really is there anything that obscure the view beside rear spoiler
Beside You were said numerous times that fast times in LFS lie everywhere else but transparent car and you dont have a single person who says otherwise so what makes you to believe that transparent car is the key to success?
So are you saying riding curbs is not possible when not in force view?
I mean curb is as close to the track limit as you can get so are you saying that unless I am in force view I cant to it?
No you cant see way better, what you will see and what was obstructed with cockpit is only few meters ahead even if you see it there is not time to react to it.
Placebo.
I am making worse time with force view as well as someone else previously stated.
That probably because he never said he was gaining advantage
Go to his post and quote the line in which he stated he used this view to gain advantage I cant see anything like this.
Yes, yes you do.
You saying you are not blaming everyone else but removing force view feature would affect everyone to the same degree, heck it would even make making sets harder, because where am I supose to make set and test my car if not in hotlap mode.
First of all there is force view which according to experienced players give no advantage while in race, if you are not as good as them and if you are not as familiar with this particular sim, its nuisances, etc (you are playing for one month only), then what is it that puts you in position of saying they are wrong?
And second there is not a single reason to remove an otherwise useful feature just because someone say its unfair, especially when lot of experienced drivers disagreed with this someone.
We never strayed from the topic, if you actually would read my previous post you would notice the line about how your times are what they should be for someone new.
If after a mere month you could spin times compared to WR that would put under question effort of everyone else who spend years on polishing car/track combo and setup.
Second is if you compare your time to demo players then you should know that most of them played it for years (As it is 3 cars one track they really had time to perfect it) and now they can drive it with eyes closed and one finger in the ass and still beat you.
Your expectancy of what your times should be compared to other players come from the fact that you underestimate everyone else and overestimate yourself.
At first I really wanted to give you serious answers, pointing to you that your times are really what it should be for someone new, how you dont know all the nuances of racing (braking point alone can make 3 sec difference just like that)
But then I read the rest of nonsense you pulled here trying to back yourself up with misunderstood quotes from wiki and i lost it.
Its nice you can use wikipedia, too bad it cant think for you
First of all it would be ad hominem if not for the fact that people you are trying to prove wrong actually know something about racing, unlike you.
Now look here.
This is ad hominem.
This word you keep using...
Well you see, your first post I quoted it is a typical logical fallacy. Why? Because it is stating that argument is ad hominem but in your reasoning why it is ad hominem you totally missed the fact that people who you are trying to disprove are the one who know more than you on topic that is being discussed, which is actually the point of the Jettascuba's statement and something that prevent it from falling under ad hominem category
No because while is not helping me its not a disadvantage either.
Its not like the view give advantage to anyone so why remove it maybe someone using it to make a note of the car behaviour prior to race, as you probable noticed lot of servers have people making sets, rolling lap times, chatting with eachothers etc but not racing all the time/
Quarter of second its a big difference when making lap times but not when racing, during race there are so many different factors that consistency is impossible.
No it doesnt whether with force view or without I ALWAYS know how much track I have left.
Its one of the many situations where its being useful but and still not a single reason to take it away
No he wouldnt tell me what he would see with this view and not from the cockpit.
It would be only road near car and at speed what ever so close to your car you wont have time to react to it anyway.
First of all lap times are:
Knowledge of the track.
Knowledge of the car and its limits.
Your ability to keep car on the perfect race line.
Ability to control throttle and brake.
Your personal setup.
There is tons and tons of things that influence your lap times but transparent car is not one of them.
Beside you said the players can see the road better, even at the speed of 100 km/h if player can see something that he wouldnt be able to see from cockpit its mean there is not time to react to it anyway.
There is nothing you can see in the force mode that will help you to get trough track easier.
Force view is being helpful for some player to raise fps at the start of the grid (Yeah there are some who have that shitty pc's), force view allow players to see forces which is helpful when you making set.
Beside it there is nothing more that will help you or make you a better player.
Unless you can tell me what can you see in this mode that makes it easier for you to win.
There is simply nothing.
Of course it might be not realistic but its a computer game and saying that force view its biggest of its problem its a serious understatement.
Beside if you are going to win do you really care whether losers used force view or not?
Unless you cant win then its a different story.
Those are great, especially this dude who got caught.
I guess thats how a lady behaves when she sees someone take a pic inside of her bra, shrug it off, cover with hand, pretend you didn't notice.
Such a class
Actually rapidshare is pretty good now, no captcha, no waiting time, downloading with constant full speed 7Mb/s no spiking, no limits etc.
After exodus couple of years ago they really went all out to bring the users back.
It good site to download mods and freeware stuff, for HQ movies and music need to look somewhere else tho because most encoders are in it for uploaders benefits and rapidshare have non, to not encourage piracy
Something paranormal as it is being advertised or just an art project someone decided to make and someone else decided to continue or just another conspiracy theory?
Defendor
Judging just from the description this movie doesnt look all that interesting but it was one of the best movies I seen lately.
Just a note the movie itself is far from comedy and in my opinion its as good if not better than kickass.
