Sorry... just seen that

the standard port for an LFS server is 63392. make sure that this port is open in your router settings (under port forwarding).

&& using a wireless router to host a server isnt really advised, unless you only have say 6 conns.

Very nice work here becky... ive seen some of your work, including the SRA manager, and i must say... this one shines!

when i try to connect to the ventrilo server i get a timeout, and also when i try and go to the site i am presented with this....

i have tried to connect to the LFS servers, but they dont show up in the server list in-game, however they appear on LFSW.

it seems it is a permissions error of some sort for my pc or something.

i hope this can be resolved soon!

its an old astra too... i would see more sence in having a similar spec on the newer type astra..

not supprised he wants to sell it.. he gets laughed at when he drives down the street!

+1 for making a separate game with this idea.

however i would much prefer to see super bikes in LFS, although using a wheel to control one is pointless for obvious reasons.

it seems that there is interest in this league... i'll try and call a UKCT team meeting, to discuss the planning / organisation.

Offical league verification will be realsed shortly. (meaning a absolute final decision on whether the league will go ahead will be shortly released.

i voted separate. simply because at the end of the day they are two completely different classes of cars. Also moving up in the stages : MRT>FOX>F08>BF1 is the best idea because think of the learning pattern. start off in the rather challenging MRT, to gain the experience with oversteer ect... then moving to FOX which is more forgiving, yet has that much more power, to the F08 (real mans car :P) where learning the tracks with a high powered car and without TC would then set you up for the BF1 (with TC or not wont really matter at this point imo because of the experience with the FO8.)

And yeah Sam's point is spot on... Racing the BF1 would be a pleasure because you are along side experienced racers, and not n00bs that just hop into a car that is way to overpowered for them.

Maybe this could be part of my F1 league i was going to run.... hmmm. unless becky wants to keep it separate.
