Oh my. Please remove the nvidia software+firewall asap. I'ts nuisance software and does more harm than good. I'm surprised that your downloads and other web related activites are all working properly still. I couldn;t get anything to work with the nvidia stuff installed. Nearly everyoine I know never installs the nvidia network firewall stuff.

Does it still happen when windowed? Is your firewall perhaps freaking out at the number of connections and then blocking lfs?

Finally got my shifter working with TDU, just started working for some reason even though didn't change a thing. This game is buggy though. 1 out of 5 time when I start it up the graphics are garbage, all I get is a see through car with tyres and springs and things flashing everywhere.

XRG setup is great. Rewards smooth driving and clean lines. Has a tendency to overtseer if thrown into a corner but works well with trail braking. Can be on the power and exit vey early without the back getting loose which is what I like. Managed a new pb around Blackwood in just a few laps compared to the WR setup. Tyres were spot on after some laps, defaintely a keeper. Thanks for sharing.

Damn this isn't good news for the upcoming AAL race. Might be a good idea to grab a replay so the devs have something solid to work with.

Limiting the frame rate frees up cpu cycles which can help with frame rate.

For me atleast windowed mode is faster than full screen. I can fraps at huge resolutions in widnow mode, but fullscreen it'l stuter.

Depends on the tyre I suppose. Kimi did his fastest lap somewhere around lap 40, which IIRC is a few laps before he pitted to go to the softer compound. So his tyres should've been shagged yet he made an awesome lap time.

Yeah that's definately ticked because it recognised reverse but not nuetral or any other gears.

I tihnk an F1 team like BMW Sauber would have lots of info on real life tracks from telemterey etc that would be invaluable to designing a track. Combined with photos for the graphical side and some kind of blueprints it'd be possible to make it in game. How long it would take to recreate realistically though is another question.

You can use other people max files, however you'd be redoing most of the work anyway since the paint, glass and rims materials wouldn't render properly without brazil. You'd have to use some vray materials instead of brazil materials.

There's a trial version of max7 available for download and there's also 'other' sites.

Check to see if the sliders in game move when you turn the wheel and push the pedals. make sure the pedals are set to seeprate axes under control panel and in LFS. Then re assign the axes and re calibrate. Should be fixed.
