not wear, but on long races on tracks w/ very high curbes, you will notice damage slowly accumulate to the suspension. On very smooth tracks, with no curbs, you won't get any damage. Tire performance changes also as you go into a race and depending on the car setup and tires/ driving style. as far as i know, there's no brake fade. on
you can win most of the cars you need for a-spec races. I had to buy a FGT, but you can win a Sprint cup car by doing the NASCAR Challenge, and you can win a toyota 7 in another one of the earlier events and other cars from the 70's and 60's can be won.
i think i used my toyota 7 for that race if i a mthinking of the same one. I need an american car that can beat the Chapparal fancar

you can win a schwimmwagen. be sure to check which cars you can win so that you can save money for something else.
I know its true during the Jeff Gordon Challenge. the difference in speed is blatantly obvious between abs off and @ 1. Buuut, I dont think it matters for other cars.
The trick to the Advanced NASCAR challenge is to turn ABS OFF!!! if you have abs on, then the game limits how fast you can corner. some sort of lame stability management or something

Ruf BTR is a lot of fun to drive. makes me wish it had some regular porsches. The RGT has amazing cornering. yellowbird is the BTR on roids and PCP. I am gonna start the suzuka endurance race before i go to bed and hopefully awaken to see that my b-spec drivers have pulled off the W.
gt5's control just froze up on me while using the analyzer

2nd time this has happened.what kind of lap times do i need to be doing to win the races, particularly the mazda one? i just slapped some power upgrades on the rx7 and tried a few laps but gave up cus i didnt think i had the pace. do i need 58 second lap times? 57?

with the latest updated, my b-spec grind at monza went from $30k per race to 50k per race.
my 660hp viper can do 56 second laps around tsukuba w/ sports soft tires. i think i can get into the 55 seconds w/ some more tweaking...

What do you guys think of the tuning (LSD and suspension) in gt5? I've been playing around w/ lsd and suspension for my viper and it's a pain since i can't have more than 1 setting saved at a time.
my ai slows down for no reason on ovals :/ makes winning b-spec oval races much harder. he is level 14.
