It looks like Honda have nicked the BMW's 'horns', did they have them in Canada I can't remember? They arent exactly on camera much at the moment though! Not looking good!
"The forecast of partial cloud and an ambient temperature high of 24 degrees Celsius remains for Friday, with thunderstorms and a high of 27 degrees on Saturday and heavy storms and a high of 28 on race day."
I hope we get rain, it always mixes things up a bit and could provide another great race!
Practice 2 starts in two hours, Massa was well in front in Practice 1, but who can tell anything from the practices eh!?
Obviously this depends on the Uni in question, but from my experience you may well get quite a good speed, but expect it to be highly restricted.
I couldnt play lfs while I was in halls, despite numerous attempted workarounds. If your that worried about it, then it's probably best to avoid halls, although in your first year you will probably find you're almost living out of the local! Thats what I found anyway. Savour your first year, it's fantastic!
If your not sure about this they basically stopped at the end of the stage so as to guarantee not to be first on track and have to 'sweep the road' (on gravel roads)
Loeb in an interview after the stage suggested he would have probably done the same if in their position, i'm interested to hear peoples opinon about this as it is a bit of a grey area.
Spain have some great talent but somehow never seem to do well, much like England in that respect as someone has mentioned... except some of our players are overrated imo, such as Lampard and Owen.
I hope the Spanish do well, but I am expecting a Dutch victory this year, they have been outstanding!
I have a friend who did the Computer Science degree in Aston at the top of that image Jak. He loved the Uni (good lecturers apparently) and the nightlife in Birmingham is good, you just have to put up with the accent!
Contrary to what is said above, I really enjoyed living away at Uni and found it incredibly fun and a great experience that really helped me think for myself and made me a better person. Of course you always have the option of going back home if you want!
I see this has been postponed and there are three slots remaining...
I would like to enter:
Name: Jamie Atkinson
License name: hardcoreobscure
Screen name: Jamie
Country: England
Team name: N/A (see below)
I have my own skin: Sort of (see below)
I would like to join up with someone if possible, otherwise I would be a privateer. I can make skins and have a good 'possible' name / decals for the team. If anyone is interested let me know!
I used to have the 'Death Grip' problem too, and found a solution.
I enjoy mountain biking and have a set of gloves I use to ride with that have grips on the underneath. Gave them a try with my G25... what a difference!
I find with the added grip they give me, I grip the wheel more softly and thus avoid the 'death grip' problem. I seem to be better with the gloves on too, and although this might be a bit of an illusion it sure feels better to me.
These are the gloves I use... they are well ventilated so your hands stay cool too and they reduce the amount my hands sweat than when I'm directly holding onto the wheel.
I also find that now when I go back to not wearing the gloves it feels very strange indeed!
Massa is really showing some skill this season... I was fully expecting Raikonnen to be well out in front, and my opinion of him (Massa) has gone up a lot!
The driveability of the cars in GRID on a joypad with arcade settings is great, but unfortunately once a wheel is used and the arcade settings off it's utterly horrid.
If it's more of the same (maybe even the same engine I would guess) then I wont be buying it.
Me and one of my mates used to mirror the F1 calendar on our own with a copy of GP2 when I was younger (you switched driving every so often if I remember correctly). I would love for this new game to be as much fun as it was back then... but I don't hold out much hope unfortunately.
