Well, "for ever" is a looong time for me to be sure.
But I know that LFS is the best game I have ever played and that I have already stop playing other games, because they seem too shallow compared to LFS.
Happens to me also from time to time, but I'm 99% certain that this is because my Windows intallation is getting "old".
I could verify if this is the case when I make a fresh install but I really hate the idea of all this installing/customization all over again , so I'm postponing it all the time .
This word is originated from the ancient greece almost 3000-4000 years ago and yes at the begining it was used to refer to people who didn't speak greek, (which was an international language at these times, like english is today) but over the years it's use involved, to characterize someone who is uncivilized and cruel, with no feelings and almost un-human.
So the use of this word in this clip isn't inrelevant with the content of the clip.
We know that we kill other animals to feed ourselves .
But videos like these have the purpose to wake up common people to force companies and goverments to use less cruel methods to achieve the same results.
Just be carefult to remove the screenshots from there after each session because they'll be overwrited the next time you launch LFS and hit the Ctrl-S again.
Scawen recognized this as a bug and it will be fixed with the next patch.
@Sketchyrollin564
Yes that's the procedure. Install V2 and hit Ctrl-S.
But recently the MoE season just ended so everyone is looking for a way to be more competative for the next season and OWRL leagues are in progress or about to start and everybody's looking for improvements.
I like BrowseForSpeed, but there is a drawback compared with the LFS's screen.
When I click on the question mark on the LFS multiplayer screen, I can see who is in the server, what car he drives, if there is a race or qualifying in progress and in which lap each racer is.
Are these info available from BrowseForSpeed?
If not will they implemented or is it impossible (not provided by pubstats)?
Please illuminate this topic a little.
I don't use torrents, but I surf a lot and I never got above 5-6GB per month.
I have a 768/192 connection with no volume limit.
I think 40GB is a very relaxed limit.
EDIT
I saw you first post again, and you are mentioning a TV service also. I only have internet for surfing, so no much comparison with yours and my connection, but the program I suggested might still be useful.
Never heard this before, but since this flickering happens only when you are surfing but not in other ocasions, it sounds like a software problem to me.
+1 for the above configuration
CPU: the 6400 processor has very good performance and low price
MOBO: a mobo based on the 965 chipset is the best option because traditionally intel CPUs have less combatibility issues with its own chipsets and the 965 is very fast also.
memory: 2gb is almost mandatory if you are planning to upgrade on Vista, otherwise 1 gb is enough. As mentioned before DDR2 is the memory you are looking for.
GPU: the 7900GS ia a great card. If you want to save some money goto the 256MB memory model http://www.dabs.com/productvie ... igationKey=11137,42750000 with no performance drop issues compared to the 512 model
Audio Card: I always use the integrated onboard ones. Don't waste money on a super duper SB, cause the onboard chips work just fine.
Hi, if you set this option to YES it has the following effect:
If you haven't done the above procedure, instead of the AIs having the default white, red, blue colors they use the player's skin, so you end up with a grid full of "teammates" sort of speak. All cars use the player's skin.
But if you have done the above procedure it has no effect, cause the AIs will use the skins you gave them with the AI 1, AI 2, AI 3... procedure.
It works. Forget about the renaming options for now.
1. Go to Garage
2. Click on the "New" button
3. In the box that pops up write AI 1
4. To the bottom of the screen there's a line called "Texture name"
Next to it there are two buttons one with the name of the car and one with the name of the skin.
Click on one of them and select the skin for this AI.
Repeat these steps for AI 2, AI 3, ... AI 12. Just replace the AI 1 name at step 3 with the new one.
For your convenience I suggest to press that "New" button one more time and create a new profile named MySkin or something and use this for your player.
If your card has a TV-out then by 99% it already has the required cables in the package.
It should be an S-Video or a composite video cable.
If you can't find one buy one that has S-Video and composite video IN to SCART out.
Also after you hook them up you have to select the TV from the control panel of your graphics card and choose "clone" to have the same picture in the monitor and the TV.
Hi, the damage isn't partially repaired for the moment I think there is a plan for it in the future.
The rest (tyre change and fuel load) can be done in real time by pressing the F12 key and navigating with the arrow keys or shift+ arrow keys if you have them bind to some functions.
But I would like pit stop presets, it would be usefull, specially for the long league races.
