yeah its via command line. Using the php executable.

it only seemed to happen when people got the cash bonus after 20laps.

I get the feeling that it was an issue with a mysql command, killing the script.

Not 100% sure, rewrote that small section of the script, ill have to see how it goes!

For some reason, the insim keeps.. timeing out.

The insim window appears to be still running, but the LFS server drops the conection to the insim.

I am replying to the TINY_NONE packet with a TINE_NONE packet. Without fail.

Sometimes it runs for a long time, sometimes it does not.

Any idea's?

I could make an insim for you, that runs with PHP (5).

When a player joins, it checks the file to see if the user is there, if not, give it a 24hr ban

As you can see from the rest of the forum traffic, you're in an extreme minority here. Cruise isn't racing, and this is a racing simulator. No offense, but I don't think catering to cruise guys is high on Scawen's priorities list.

I've had over 2000 people join and use the cruise server, in about 4 weeks of having it online.

causes BIG problems with everybody on their roofs. why not have three options tbh? It used to do it before, with the non repair, a simple variable for true or false would be easy enough to impliment.

As for the changes to the reset, its stupid. The repair, on multiplayer, are you CRAZY!?!

I really really hope that you solve this ya know. I think the reset option should have three options. Repair|reset car|disabled. Not just to two of it.

I am the admin of LTC, I've spent 10hours converting it to patch X, in total. and it feels like a complete waste of time.

I would either want an update to patch X, so that it does not repair the cars on a reset, or an adition into the insim, so that I can detect if a car has been reset (so they can be charged).

Also, whats the "went the wrong route" thing?

I hope this can be sorted out, or there is going to be lots of very unhappy S2 licence holders. I am one of them, that is for sure!

Nice patch, but. A very very bad patch for cruise servers.

The repaired car on resets, suck. And turning off resets, just causes major frustration of the cruisers.

well, when someone left on the previous insim, the connection number was say 4.

Then connection number 23 (or whatever the highest was), moved into the connection 4 ID. does it do this on the new insim?

About conn_nums... when someone leaves, does the highest ID take that persons conn_num?
