I see what you mean about the 4WD and I suppose there are good and bad things about it. F1 should be the most powerful and fastest series. The cars should be able to go near 200mph at almost every track they go to. It's part of F1

I haven't read most of this thread but my thoughts on this are:
It all looks pretty good to me, apart from the TC bit. I say allow 4WD, it'll get teams like Audi in. Have a 3 litre V6 with the 10k RPM limit, should give about 900hp(?) and not be too heavy either. I don't really care about the biofuel so that's ok. Powerboost isn't bad but I say don't allow the person in P1 to use it. Could be hard to control though.

To sum up:
- Allow 4WD
- Take away TC
- Use 3-litre V6s with sensible RPM limit
- Allow more teams, have Saturday races. Heck, even have regional championships for a place in the world championship if there's too many teams.

Ugh, westhill. This track is fun but I always found getting a set that'll last really hard there.

Sorry about bringing this up and I don't mean any offence by it Paul but isn't watching someone's lines and braking points part of racing? If you aren't prepared to do that then you're not prepared to have a proper race IMO

Sucky sprint race for me
I just got pole by 0.08s from [SR]Tongey. I kept first position until the 2nd lap when Tongey nipped past me. I was then just following behind him until about lap 7 when we had a little battle, Tongey coming out in first. I dropped back a bit and then proceeded to post the fastest lap of the race, 53.29s. I was closing in on Tongey but a yellow flag message came up, distracting me and making me half-spin. This allowed MHR > tot to get ahead of me and that's where I finished, 3rd. I was disappointed because I know I could have won it if I hadn't made the mistake but that's racing.
Now race 2... I had an excellent start, moving up to 3rd from 8th by about half way round lap 1. The excitement was short lived however as I went to hot into the chicane and found myself sliding across the grass on my roof.
