Quote from klbbadd2002 :I agree with 1. (H Pattern), but everything else is getting a bit too deep. This was easy adjustments made with current tire and physics to open up this realm of GTR drift for us. I ran laps on WE with fzr drift setup and had no issues with hand brake or tires. I did not however, use XRR as I cant keep up with where my paddles are while drifting.

IF you had a chance to chase some one drifting, brake bias locks up too easily by adjusting brake pressure to add more hand brake, makes it difficult to stay door to door, clean chase runs

Ran tandem for few hours now with many drifters. WE love it!!
things to work on:
1. H pattern shifter is a must! (XRR drift configuration turns to H-pattern)
2. Anything past 50 degrees steer feels very twitchy
3. Tire wear is way too fast on all tires even with 17 psi rear tires
4. Brake bias for Hand brake (specially on FZ)
5. Lacking front end feel (feels light)

Quote from R-to :drifters also need adjustable handbrake power level, and drifters need also the h-shifter for all drift cars.

Can you do something for the tyre wear? its way too fast way they overheat.

Lower rear tire pressure it will help

Quote from Scawen :Some more information about the RX / DRIFT configuration so far.

On the left you see the original race tyre size. When you select "RX / DRIFT" the tyres change to the numbers on the right. You can then select more different tyres and greater maximum lock (up to 60 degrees on XRR and FZR).

XR GTR
F 335/30-19 -> 245/45-18
R 335/35-18 -> 275/40-18

FZ50 GTR
F 300/35-18 -> 235/45-18
R 370/30-18 -> 285/40-18

FXO GTR
F 335/35-18 -> 275/40-18
R 335/35-18 -> 275/40-18

EDIT: I don't think anyone would choose this configuration for hard track racing because the tyres are a lot narrower and there is less grip.

This is perfect, configurations like convertible top on LX models! What is the max front camber angle, since we have more power and more steer lock on GTR model camber angles need to be able to go up at least -6.0 degrees in front since it helps with catching grip in front, most competition cars run around 0 or positive camber in rear and no less than -4.0 in the front for grip at high angle

LX4 brings AE86 vibes more than XRG does due to high reving inline 4cylinder. Hard to maintain drift once tires get hot after 3 laps. Maybe change XRG to a 8rpm redline 180 Hp too? Anyways I enjoy LX cars for drifting often

@Scawen I know over the years the layout editing has gotten better and better, highly appreciated since the last few years specially us drifters we been able to create our favorite real life tracks on AU, Westhill, and BL parking. Couple suggestions: apex objects, stop signs, grass (I know that one might take years) street lights, trash cans, benches, more chalk options, allow chalk to be inclined (pitch angle) for when putting on concrete ramps etc. In general more real life track objects. Lately I’ve been on a mission to make Japanese drift tracks 1 a month. Thank you for all the hard work you been putting into this game

I definitely agree with this make it standard 45 degrees for all RWD cars, and street and dirt tires for race cars. Maybe next update we can talk about tire sizes.

45 degrees in the XRT and FZ50 has been fine. I think maybe max at 55degrees other wise add more power (50hp) because then more angle on those cars then it will feel underpowered or twitchy
