I've got a 2.1 set -> a Hercules XPS2.100 , and i love it ! Bought it cca 2 years ago for cca. 50 pounds and I can just recommend it, although it may be hard to find. Anywayz, if you want a 5.1 set, buy this one . I know they are expensive, and I'm also aware of that you are no audiophile but this set just rock's and i'm really thinking a lot about getting one ( that would mean working a lot through the summer, but anywayz

The quality was great , although i don't really know why was that black box around the video needed The action was good, but could be better with more cars included imho. The worst part was the music ! It really didn't fit the movie , you should've picked another track

The raw video already has that sound :/ Sometimes i'd like to have "clear" sounds, but it seems that my PC just can't record it like that ( i have a SB Live! 1.4 btw :P )

As you mentioned, at some place there's some stuttering, you need to make something 'bout that :P
Imho the "intro" was a little long ( the part with the "rocky music" :P ) . Loved the part when the FZR went flying, really good camera angles there.
Other than that, there wer no really outstanding moments. It's a well made video, for Your first try , so keep 'em coming ! =]

I think S2 doesn't need any more graphic improvements. I've bought my PC 6 months before the first public version of S2 was released, so I had/still have no problems running the game at high FPS . I don't want to buy a new PC until S3 comes out as if I buy a new one soon, then i won't have money for another new one when S3 comes out. Let's just sit tight and enjoy racing with 31 cars around us , we'll get better graphics in S3. No need to hurry imho.
btw: Athlon XP 2800+ and Ati X1650 Pro -> I have to turn off full wheels,shadows,trees,rubber,flags and lower the LOD settings when many cars are on grid (20+) so I can still have a constant 40+ FPS (anything below 20 is just a pain in the ass ! ) - no AA or AF turned on :S . Maybe it is time to format my HDD or change some drivers

It's a two hours work with photoshop ( it's 2 hours because iam a noob ) . The picture is made of cca 25 smaller pictures, all taken @1280*1024 with 16AF&6AA . At some places it looks a little weird, but i tried to do my best :P
