If I stuff up a driver in a turn in public racing (hopefully I wouldn't be daft enough run into someone on a straight) then I'll always allow them to recover first.
In a league race I wouldn't expect a car to hang back on track if they put someone off, whether it was me doing it to someone else, or them doing it to me. In just about every league I've raced in the minimum penalty is a DT or a 30 second penalty, which should be more than enough time for someone to recover their car (unless it sustained heavy damage).
It might be nice to the one person you messed up to wait and let them pass, but it's a danger to everyone else to have a perfectly capable car sitting on track unexpectedly and unnecessarily. Please, if you hit me off in a league keep driving for the sake of everyone else, I'll definitely be protesting it if it's not caught in race.
The exception being "light" incidents where it's a matter of a second to allow the disadvantaged car to correct itself, or incidents where both cars end up completely off track. In these situations, even in league races, I would expect the guilty to wait for the car they hit off to recover.
I don't see much editing in some of these pictures. Maybe it's too subtle for me to notice though...
Visually I like exspeed's and Taavi(EST), but exspeed's is quite clearly not as old school as some of the others (like Shadowww's, but I don't see much editing in that picture), so my vote goes to Taavi(EST).

You can use a virtual mirror. In the Esc -> Driver menu, select either "virtual" or "all" where it says "Mirror mode". What do you mean dashcam though? Can you take a screenshot of what it looks like in one of the cars? (not open wheeler).
You have to either download or make the .raf files (if you make it it'll be at 100hz whereas if you download it from LFSW its at 10hz supposedly).
To make them, watch the replay, esc -> output lap data, but make sure you start and give it a name right before the lap you actually want. It's not smart enough to pick the fastest lap.
You can do up to a month manually, or use one of the pre-determined amount of days. I marked off 2009 with the red lines to the closest that my calculations could get me. Also LFSW was not launched when LFS was launched. I think LFSW was launched in 2005 but I'm not sure.
Nope, this is what LFS looks like for me. And if I'm the only car on the track it can get up to 250fps. A two year old computer can easily max out an eight year old game.
I think it's a bit unfortuante that you're not going to learn from your ban, but instead feed a persecution complex.
Admins are not the same as a government where they owe something back to the people that are around them. They are gods and lords of their server. If you don't like it, it's quite easy to choose another server (and hopefully think a little more before you speak).
You of course can argue with the admins (I know I do) but you do so at your own risk and should be mature about it when they don't want to deal with you berating them.
