Someone will get a sudden flat in the middle of that corner and absolutely crush the wall. NASCAR is doing the right thing for safety by delaying the race. Seriously, the last thing they want is to delay the biggest race of their season like this. Well, second last. First would be a repeat of Dale Earnhardt Sr, which they are avoiding.

good. he should stay with the red helmet. it's HIS red helmet, it has come to define him.
The livery of the car should be the team, and the helmet should be personal to the driver.
That's how I think it should be anyway.
and yes I know he had benneton colors before he switched to Ferrari colors, but it's completely up to him... I'd guess he considers the red helmet lucky now, just like how he wanted the numbers changed.

Yes, the whole reason the recall happened was because someone who had pulled their mat out drove over a cliff or something. It should be noted that this is far more than one or two crashes that happened. There have been quite a few crashes with the same characteristics. There were just a few highly publicized ones.

ah yes I see that now. for some reason those never jumped out at me. I knew they were there I guess, but it never clicked. still, It's and interesting feature, if not original.
the williams ones seem to be on the very end of the nose though, probably why they jumped out at me.

no the actual shape of the nose. there seem to be two little knobs sticking out, like on a hammerhead shark. Not sure if it's an optical illusion or just me or whether they really are there.
look at the front of the Williams. Does anyone else see a tiny hammerhead shark thing on the front? or is it just my imagination?
tbh I'm loving the clean lines on the new cars, the front and rear wing just need to be more balanced. But I can get past that because the lines are so much cleaner than in the recent past.

since I'm a very graphically oriented person and just numbers doesn't work well with me, I made this...thought it might be of use to someone else.
I actually think I like the new system the best , either point system is better than the one that has been in use.
IMO there's too big a gap between 1st and second now though.

well, it looks like it'll be easy to distinguish from the McLarens at least. That's a point in this livery's favor.
